Thank you for considering The Trip Designer for your travel plans! Before proceeding, please review the following important information regarding your travel quote and booking process.


General Disclaimer

  • The quote provided is preliminary and does not guarantee a reservation.

  • No space is being held at this time. Prices and availability are subject to change until a deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed.

  • All rates are quoted per person in U.S. Dollars and are based on the travel dates listed in your quote. Prices may vary if travel dates or room types are modified.

  • Airline, cruise, and other supplier components may be subject to supplemental price increases, including government-imposed fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges—even after full payment has been made.


Travel Requirements & Responsibility

  • Entry and re-entry requirements vary by destination and may include passports, visas, vaccinations, or health documentation.

  • It is your responsibility to verify and comply with all travel regulations for your destination(s), including connecting points. Be sure to confirm:

    • Passport validity (many countries require 6+ months of validity beyond your entry date)

    • Vaccination or health screening requirements

    • Visa or travel authorization needs

    • Any evolving COVID-19 or other health-related entry protocols

 

We are not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance with entry requirements.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Most policies cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

Please note: Many insurance providers may not cover claims related to epidemics or pandemics, including COVID-19, especially during active travel warnings.
Our mention of insurance options is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of coverage.

By declining travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any loss or expenses incurred.


Pricing Adjustments & Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. If an error is discovered, we will promptly update the quote or booking to reflect accurate pricing. You will be notified of any necessary adjustments.


Cancellation & Non-Refundable Fee Policy

  • All travel package sales are final.

  • If you cancel your trip, book with another agent, or choose not to move forward, your travel planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This fee will not be applied toward the total cost of your booking.

 

We are committed to delivering exceptional service. If you encounter any concerns during the planning process, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.


Quote Expiration & Reinstatement Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your travel quote to request any changes or finalize your booking.

  • After 14 days, your quote will expire, and rates/availability may change.

  • If you wish to move forward after expiration, a $15 reinstatement fee is required. This will reopen your quote and extend your planning period for an additional 14 days.
