PaylorMade Travel, LLC • Last Updated: October 2026 • Effective on the day your deposit is made

By paying for your trip or trip deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. *Please note your credit card will not be charged until after we chat.

IMPORTANT: Please note the due date(s) on your invoices. Your reservation will automatically cancel unless

payment in full has been received by the due date. Once canceled, we will not be able to reinstate your

reservation. Payments applied to the canceled booking are subject to the Cancellation Policy below, and

non-refundable amounts are forfeited. New rates will apply if you rebook your reservation.

Agency & Advisor Relationship

PaylorMade Travel, LLC and its affiliated independent travel advisors (“Advisors”) act as independent intermediaries

on your behalf with one or more Travel Suppliers. A “Travel Supplier” is an airline, hotel, vehicle rental company, tour

operator, cruise line, or other supplier of travel services with which you are booking or have booked travel through

PaylorMade Travel as part of your travel booking or itinerary. References to PaylorMade Travel in these Terms &

Conditions include PaylorMade Travel, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, Advisors,

parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

Your Advisor has proposed certain Travel Suppliers and pricing for your trip. By proceeding with your booking, you

authorize PaylorMade Travel and your Advisor to book travel on your behalf with the selected Travel Suppliers, and to

act as your representative in all communications and correspondence with those Travel Suppliers. PaylorMade Travel

and its Advisors receive commissions and/or fees from Travel Suppliers for travel booked on your behalf.

Client Authorization

By submitting a credit card authorization, signing an invoice, or making payment, you expressly authorize PaylorMade

Travel, LLC and/or your Advisor to purchase travel from Travel Suppliers on your behalf using your provided payment

method.

If you have a concern about any charge, please contact us first so we can work with you and the Travel Supplier to

resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits any dispute rights you have under applicable law. If you nevertheless dispute

a charge with your card issuer or financial institution, PaylorMade Travel may provide this Agreement, your signed

authorization, and your booking records to them in response. If a dispute results in the withdrawal of a payment that

was validly owed under these Terms (for example, for travel that was provided or that is non-refundable under these

Terms), you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to pay the amounts owed together with the reasonable attorneys'

fees and costs PaylorMade Travel incurs in collecting them.

Card on File & Authorization for Future Charges

When you provide a credit card and pay your deposit, you authorize PaylorMade Travel, LLC, your Advisor, and,

where applicable, the Travel Suppliers involved in your booking to charge that card for amounts due under these

Terms, as they come due, without further signature. These charges include: deposits and balance payments under

your invoice's payment schedule; the Trip Planning Fee; payment processing fees; restaurant reservation fees; the

Rebooking Fee and any price difference for changes or rescheduling; the administrative fee, cancellation charges, and

non-refundable service costs under the Cancellation Policy; and Supplier-Imposed Penalties.

The amount of each charge is set by your invoice, your booking confirmation, and these Terms. This authorization

stays in effect until all amounts due under your booking are paid or you revoke it in writing. Revoking it does not

release you from amounts already owed, and unpaid amounts may result in cancellation of your reservations under

the Payment Schedule.

Payment Processing Fees

When making your payment, please be aware that a payment processing fee will apply:

Credit card processing:

• 3.5% + 30c processing fee.

• Available for use in 2 business days.

Bank transfers (ACH):

• 1.5% processing fee.

• Available for use in 4 business days.

Payment Schedule

Deposit amounts and final payment due dates vary by booking and Travel Supplier. Your invoice states the amount

and due date of each payment.

If your reservation is made within 31 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid in full at the time of

confirmation.

These general payment conditions apply to all reservations unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and applicable cancellation

fees.

Custom Quotes

When we send your initial quote(s), the price(s) for your vacation are valid for 48 hours. We cannot guarantee pricing

or availability beyond that timeframe. If you are not ready to book within 48 hours of receiving a quote, we will need to

reprice the trip. Quotes show the total price of the travel arrangements quoted. The Trip Planning Fee and any other

PaylorMade Travel service fees are disclosed to you in writing before you pay.

Trip Planning Fee & Service Fees

PaylorMade Travel, LLC charges a Trip Planning Fee for travel planning, consultation, research, and itinerary design

services. This fee is due at the time you engage PaylorMade Travel to begin planning your trip and is separate from

the cost of your travel arrangements. The Trip Planning Fee is based on group size:

• Couples / groups of 2: $150.00

• Family travel / groups of 3–5: $250.00

• Groups of 6 or more: $350.00

The Trip Planning Fee is payable by credit card or bank transfer, subject to the Payment Processing Fees above. The

Trip Planning Fee is fully earned upon booking and is non-refundable regardless of whether your trip is booked,

modified, postponed, or cancelled. If you choose to book independently or through another advisor after PaylorMade

Travel has constructed your itinerary, the Trip Planning Fee will be retained by PaylorMade Travel, LLC as payment

for services rendered. Any additional professional service or agency fees will be disclosed to you in writing, including

on your booking invoice, before you pay.

What's Included & Excluded

Package price includes:

• Accommodation in the hotels and room types described in the itinerary

• Daily breakfast at hotels (unless otherwise specified)

• Where applicable: business/1st class tickets on trains (except regional/local trains where only 2nd class is

available)

Package price typically does not include:

• Local tourist tax to be paid directly to hotels upon check-out (typically €2–€6 per person per night)

• Tips to drivers and guides (where applicable)

• International flights

• Travel insurance

• Any services not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary

Booking Terms and Conditions

The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or

purchaser(s) (collectively as “You” and “Traveler”), and PaylorMade Travel, LLC (“We”, “Us”) pursuant to the following

terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”). Each Travel Supplier may have its own terms and conditions governing

your specific booking; please reference your booking confirmation for supplier-specific terms.

Client Responsibility to Review Booking Confirmation

It is your responsibility to carefully review all booking confirmation details provided by PaylorMade Travel. This

includes, but is not limited to: (A) confirming that all travel dates and times are correctly stated; (B) verifying the correct

spelling of names, dates of birth, and other required identifying information for all travelers on the itinerary; (C)

knowing and complying with all payment due dates; and (D) understanding any applicable restrictions or penalties

resulting from any cancellation or modification of a booking or itinerary, in whole or in part.

Please report any errors in names, dates, or traveler information to PaylorMade Travel within 24 hours of receiving

your booking confirmation. Costs, fees, or penalties imposed by Travel Suppliers to correct errors that were not

reported within that time are the responsibility of the traveler, except where the error was caused by PaylorMade

Travel.

Arrival Day Activity Requests

We strongly discourage booking any activities for your arrival day due to potential flight delays or cancellations. Should

you still wish to include activities on your day of arrival, please note that we cannot accommodate any amendments to

the booked time or date due to flight delay or cancellation, and we are unable to issue refunds for any missed activities

on your arrival day due to flight delays or cancellations.

This does not apply to airport transfers. Your transfer provider will typically have your flight details and track your flight

to accommodate delays. If your flight is canceled, immediately alert your Advisor and email

info@paylormadetravel.com with your new flight times so that we can ask the transfer provider to amend your transfer.

Amendments are subject to the provider's availability and terms.

U.K. & Ireland Accommodations

Many accommodations in the U.K., Ireland, and parts of Europe do not have air conditioning. Some of the most prized

and unique accommodations, such as castles, B&Bs, and historic buildings, were never outfitted for A/C. If you are

booking during the summer months and air conditioning is a priority, please tell us at the start of planning. We will do

our utmost to accommodate your request or suggest alternative properties or travel months.

Vacation Change Requests

Change requests made after your deposit is paid and your booking is confirmed are subject to availability and may

incur a $100 per person Rebooking Fee, plus any costs and charges incurred by us and/or imposed by any of our

Travel Suppliers in making the change.

at your destination, unless PaylorMade Travel agrees in writing in its sole discretion. Any such request that is not

agreed to is treated as a cancellation under the Cancellation Policy below. In the event of an emergency, we will work

with Travel Suppliers and do our utmost to accommodate an urgent change request, but we cannot guarantee

availability, pricing, or that change fees will not apply.

Travel Flexibility & Rescheduling Policy

Plans change. If you must postpone your trip, PaylorMade Travel offers the following flexibility, always subject to the

terms of the Travel Suppliers involved:

• Time to reschedule. You may postpone your trip and rebook within one year of your originally planned departure

date. Amounts you have paid toward your trip are held as a travel credit for you. You may postpone, reschedule,

and roll your payment up to two times, but all travel must be completed within one year of your originally planned

departure date.

• Deadlines. You must request in writing to reschedule at least 60 days before your departure date, and you must

confirm your new travel dates within 60 days of notifying us that you need to postpone. Requests made less than

60 days before departure are not eligible and are treated under the Cancellation Policy.

• Fees. We waive our administrative fees for rebooking with new dates, other than the $100 per person Rebooking

Fee, which is deducted from the travel credit. Supplier-Imposed Penalties, non-refundable supplier deposits, and

any difference in price or rates still apply, and we may deduct them from the travel credit.

• New trip. You may rebook to a different destination or change your departure city; prices may change as a result.

If your new trip costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining value stays on your travel credit

subject to these terms.

• Gifting. You may gift your travel credit to a family member or friend to use on a newly booked trip through

PaylorMade Travel, completed within one year of the original departure date.

• Flights. Changes to airline bookings are subject to each carrier's rules.

• Travel insurance. Travel insurance is governed by the insurer's terms. Ask your insurer whether your policy can

be applied to your rescheduled trip. Insurance is not transferable to another traveler.

• Canceling outright. If you cancel and do not rebook, the Cancellation Policy applies.

• Groups. Groups of 8 or more traveling together are governed by the terms of their written group agreement.

This policy applies to travel booked through PaylorMade Travel and is not valid for Specialist Packages unless the

supplier agrees.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to a $300.00 per person administrative fee. Clients are

additionally subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the suppliers of services used in the itinerary and/or

non-refundable services.

Cancellation fee schedule (in addition to the $300/person administrative fee):

• 60+ days prior to departure: 0% cancellation fee + cost of any non-refundable services

• 59–22 days prior to departure: 30% of Total Trip Cost + cost of any non-refundable services

• 21 days or fewer prior to departure / no-show: 50% of Total Trip Cost, or the cost of non-refundable services, if

greater

“Total Trip Cost” means the total price of the travel arrangements booked through PaylorMade Travel, excluding the

Trip Planning Fee and other PaylorMade Travel service fees.

Our payment and cancellation terms reflect the policies of our Travel Suppliers. If a Travel Supplier refunds or credits

any portion of your payment, we will pass that refund or credit on to you, less the administrative fee and our

non-refundable service fees.

outright, cancellation charges are based on the departure date and the timing of your cancellation notice measured

against your originally booked trip.

Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings may incur charges up to 100%

of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. All cancellations must be submitted in writing

to PaylorMade Travel, LLC prior to the departure date. PaylorMade Travel, LLC service fees are non-refundable upon

cancellation.

These general cancellation terms apply to all reservations unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking.

Specialist Packages

On occasion, we partner with specialist suppliers who, as a result of their bespoke service, operate stricter deposit and

cancellation policies. If such a supplier is used for your trip, the deposit and cancellation terms may differ from these

Terms. If so, you will be advised of the alternate policies in writing before you place a deposit to secure the booking.

Transfer, Rail & Ferry Services

All transfer and ground/water transportation services booked through PaylorMade Travel, LLC, including but not

limited to airport and hotel transfers, private car and driver services, train and rail tickets, and ferry tickets, are

non-refundable once booked and confirmed with the applicable Travel Supplier. This applies regardless of whether the

service is used, unused, modified, or cancelled, and is in addition to any Supplier-Imposed Penalties described below.

Clients are responsible for the full cost of any such booked transfer, rail, or ferry service in the event of a cancellation,

change, or no-show.

Restaurant Reservations

PaylorMade Travel, LLC is happy to arrange restaurant reservations as part of your itinerary. A valid client credit card

is required as a guarantee for any restaurant reservation made on your behalf. A reservation fee of $150.00 (total for

the party) applies for standard itineraries. For itineraries of 15 nights or longer, a reservation fee of $200.00 (total for

the party) applies. This fee does not guarantee restaurant availability and is non-refundable once the reservation has

been confirmed.

Supplier-Imposed Modification & Change Penalties

Once travel is booked with a Travel Supplier, any changes to the booked travel, including but not limited to dates,

itinerary, number of travelers, locations, room or seat categories, accommodations, or names of travelers, are subject

to modification fees, change fees, cancellation charges, or other penalties imposed by the Travel Supplier under that

supplier's own terms and conditions (collectively, “Supplier-Imposed Penalties”). PaylorMade Travel, LLC and your

Advisor are not responsible or liable for any Supplier-Imposed Penalties. These costs are the responsibility of the

traveler.

Pricing & Fare Error Policy

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. In the event of a pricing

error, omission, or technical error resulting in an incorrect fare being quoted or booked, PaylorMade Travel, LLC

reserves the right to adjust such pricing or cancel the booking and issue a full refund of monies paid. We are not

obligated to honor bookings made at erroneous prices. All offers, incentives, and Travel Supplier promotions are

subject to availability and may change without notice. PaylorMade Travel, LLC makes no representation or warranty

that any price is the “best available” or represents the lowest price in the market.

PaylorMade Travel, LLC acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous

transport and accommodation service providers, including but not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators,

and hotels. PaylorMade Travel, LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of

services and is not liable for their acts or omissions.

PaylorMade Travel, LLC's obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant

contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have

the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. A request cannot be guaranteed. All

bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers.

You understand that your legal recourse for a supplier's acts or omissions is against the specific provider, not

PaylorMade Travel, LLC.

Conditions can change rapidly in any country at any time. It is your responsibility to check the USA Government Travel

advisories for your intended destination at travel.state.gov.

Seller of Travel Registration & Disclosures

PaylorMade Travel, LLC is an affiliate of Coastline Travel Group Inc. CST #2040360-40.

Disclaimer of Liability

This travel agency is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations

or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation,

hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This agency shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any

intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay, or

injury to you or your travel companions or group members.

Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not

guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal

effects. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection

with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws,

climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or

conditions outside the travel agent's control.

By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved, whether expected or unexpected.

Traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Traveler's retention

of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement to convey

the contents hereto to travel companions or group members.

Client Release & Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby expressly waive and release PaylorMade Travel, LLC, its

officers, directors, employees, Advisors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses,

damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of

or in any way relating to: (A) the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Travel Supplier; (B) the

bankruptcy, cessation of business, or default of any Travel Supplier; (C) any failure of a Travel Supplier to provide

services as advertised or to adhere to published schedules or itineraries; (D) any increase in price by a Travel Supplier

before or after booking; (E) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, or equipment owned or operated by a Travel

Supplier; or (F) any cancellation, interruption, or modification of your trip due to weather, geopolitical incidents, natural

disasters, strikes, or other causes beyond PaylorMade Travel's control.

This release does not apply to claims arising from PaylorMade Travel's own gross negligence, fraud, or willful

misconduct.

PaylorMade Travel, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this

Agreement where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited

to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, fire, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption,

hurricane, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, travel bans, embargoes, labor disputes, strikes, or

utility failures. In such events, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining refunds, credits, or

rebooking from suppliers, but cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Service fees paid to PaylorMade Travel, LLC

remain non-refundable in force majeure events as our professional services were rendered.

Client Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PaylorMade Travel, LLC, its officers, directors, employees,

Advisors, and agents from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, causes of action, losses, damages,

liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (A)

any breach of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions; (B) any Supplier-Imposed Penalties; (C) any claims or

liabilities asserted against PaylorMade Travel by any Travel Supplier or third party to the extent arising from your acts,

omissions, conduct, or breach; or (D) your assertion of any claim against PaylorMade Travel that has been released or

waived by you under these Terms & Conditions. This indemnification does not apply to the extent a claim arises from

PaylorMade Travel's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement and shall

remain in full force and effect regardless of whether your travel was completed.

Credit Card Transactions

If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your

remedy lies principally against the provider, and PaylorMade Travel, LLC will make reasonable efforts to help you

pursue any refund or credit the provider owes. Please contact us before disputing any charge so that we can help

resolve it (see Client Authorization above).

If the credit card is passed through to the travel services provider and a chargeback you initiate for a charge that was

validly owed under these Terms results in debits to PaylorMade Travel, LLC (including without limitation any air debit

memos), you agree to reimburse PaylorMade Travel, LLC for those amounts. Should PaylorMade Travel, LLC incur

reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, to recover any such payments, you agree to be liable for those costs to the

extent permitted by law.

Travel Protection Insurance

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Travel

insurance can protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, trip

interruption, baggage loss, and other covered events. No representation or description of insurance made by

PaylorMade Travel, LLC constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. PaylorMade Travel, LLC is

not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment, or adjustment of any insurance

claims. Any insurance claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company identified in the policy. Declining

travel insurance does not release you from any financial obligations under this Agreement.

It is solely your responsibility to obtain, review, and comply with all requirements for travel imposed by Travel

Suppliers and governmental authorities. These requirements include but are not limited to: valid passports or other

accepted identification; minimum age requirements for travel; rules governing travel by unaccompanied minors or

minors traveling with only one parent (including notarized consent letters or custody documentation); required

immunizations or restrictions on travelers with certain medical conditions; entry visas or other entry restrictions

(including restrictions on persons with certain criminal convictions); and restrictions on produce, medications,

controlled substances, or hazardous materials.

All individuals departing from the United States must possess a valid passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their

intended return date. Any fines, penalties, or expenditures incurred as a result of failing to meet documentation or

entry requirements are solely your responsibility. While PaylorMade Travel can serve as a resource, the ultimate

responsibility to know and comply with all Requirements for Travel rests with you. You waive and release any claims

against PaylorMade Travel arising from denial of or restriction on entry due to your failure to comply with any

Requirements for Travel.

Minor Travelers

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have documented written

consent from a parent or legal guardian for international travel as required by the destination country's laws. It is the

sole responsibility of the accompanying adult or guardian to ensure compliance with all documentation requirements

for minor travelers, including notarized consent letters and custody documentation where required. PaylorMade

Travel, LLC assumes no responsibility for minors denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

Accessibility & Special Needs

PaylorMade Travel, LLC is committed to assisting travelers with disabilities and special needs. If you have

accessibility needs, mobility limitations, require use of a wheelchair or mobility device, travel with medical equipment,

travel with a service animal or emotional support animal, have dietary restrictions, or have any other special

requirements, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate your needs to Travel Suppliers; however, we cannot guarantee that

all suppliers will be able to accommodate every request. Some Travel Suppliers may impose additional charges for

special equipment, impose size or weight restrictions on wheelchairs, or require advance documentation for service

animals. When traveling outside of the United States, laws and regulations governing accommodation of travelers with

disabilities may differ significantly from U.S. standards. PaylorMade Travel, LLC is not responsible for the failure of

any Travel Supplier to meet the needs of travelers with disabilities or special requirements.

Baggage Fees

Additional fees for baggage may apply. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information

regarding checked baggage policies. Baggage is entirely at the owner's risk. PaylorMade Travel, LLC assumes no

responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed baggage. Travelers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel

insurance that includes baggage coverage.

Additional Fees & Taxes

Additional taxes and surcharges that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels, or

other suppliers. Most properties and vehicle rental/leasing companies require a credit card imprint at check-in. Local

tourist taxes are not included in the quoted price and must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.

We always do our best to ensure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, PaylorMade Travel, LLC and its

employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or

operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel including, without limitation, lodging facilities,

airlines, vessels, motor coaches, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators,

providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are

independent contractors and are in no way affiliated with PaylorMade Travel, LLC.

Limitation of Liability

PaylorMade Travel, LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of

any third party. Without limitation, PaylorMade Travel, LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, death,

inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force

majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities,

criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure

of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on

time.

Also be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels, and motor

coaches may not be up to U.S. standards. If due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors you are

required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers, and meal costs. Under

circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel

arrangements. You specifically agree that PaylorMade Travel, LLC is not liable for any consequential, special,

punitive, or indirect loss or damage.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any recovery by you against PaylorMade Travel, LLC under this Agreement

or in any way relating to your travel is limited to the amount of the commissions and fees actually received by

PaylorMade Travel, LLC in connection with your specific booking, and you waive and release PaylorMade Travel, LLC

from any claims for punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages. These limitations do not apply to liability arising

from PaylorMade Travel's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be

limited.

Health & Vaccination Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health, vaccination, or medical requirements for your travel

destinations and to carry all necessary documentation. PaylorMade Travel, LLC strongly recommends consulting your

healthcare provider and reviewing current CDC (cdc.gov/travel) and WHO travel health advisories prior to departure.

PaylorMade Travel, LLC is not responsible for any health-related costs or complications arising during travel.

Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Limitation of Actions

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first

attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of

written notice, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association

(AAA) under its applicable rules, including its consumer rules where they apply, conducted in Nashville, Tennessee or

via remote hearing. PaylorMade Travel will pay the fees the AAA rules require a business to pay. Each party shall

otherwise bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Either party may instead bring an

individual claim in a Tennessee small claims court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a

class action lawsuit regarding any dispute with PaylorMade Travel, LLC.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no suit, claim, or action against PaylorMade Travel, LLC arising from this

Agreement or the travel contemplated herein may be brought unless it is filed within one (1) year of the date of

completion of the travel in question. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

PaylorMade Travel, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. We

collect personal information including your name, address, email, phone number, passport details, date of birth, and

payment information solely for the purpose of booking and managing your travel arrangements. We do not sell, rent,

or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your personal information with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other third parties as necessary to

fulfill your booking. Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional rights under applicable

privacy laws, such as the right to know and delete their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at

info@paylormadetravel.com. By booking with PaylorMade Travel, LLC, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing

of your personal information as described herein.

Electronic or Handwritten Signature

By paying for your trip or trip deposit, you are agreeing to these Terms. Both parties agree that you may acknowledge

and agree to these Terms: (i) by making any payment toward your trip, including a trip deposit or the Trip Planning

Fee; (ii) electronically or by handwritten signature; (iii) by any other electronic means including acknowledgement via

email; or (iv) by implied consent via your actions, which shall include the payment of the invoice or trip deposit and/or

your use of the services provided by PaylorMade Travel, LLC or any other travel supplier related to your booking. We

will make these Terms available to you before you pay. By clicking “Book Now,” submitting payment, or otherwise

indicating agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions in this

Agreement.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Amendments

The construction, validity, and performance of these Terms and any disputes between the parties shall be governed

by and construed according to the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles,

and any applicable federal laws. PaylorMade Travel, LLC operates its principal place of business in Nashville,

Tennessee. For any legal proceedings relating to these Terms that are not resolved through arbitration, both parties

submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

PaylorMade Travel, LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in its

sole discretion. Any amendment or replacement applies to travel bookings made on or after its stated effective date.

Bookings made before that date remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.

Currency & Exchange Rate Notice

IF YOUR INVOICE IS QUOTED IN EURO (EUR), OR ANY OTHER FOREIGN CURRENCY: Payment will be made

in U.S. Dollars (USD) converted at the applicable exchange rate on the date of payment. Please note that the

exchange rate applied at the time of final payment may differ from the rate in effect at the time your deposit was

made, as exchange rates fluctuate daily. Pricing will continue to fluctuate until paid in full. Occasionally, at the

discretion of PaylorMade Travel, LLC, payment may be accepted in USD directly. The currency in which your invoice

is issued is determined solely at the discretion of PaylorMade Travel, LLC.

Where an invoice is issued in a foreign currency, the USD equivalent will be calculated based on the prevailing

exchange rate on the date each payment is processed. PaylorMade Travel, LLC is not responsible for any losses,

gains, or discrepancies resulting from currency fluctuation between the date of deposit and the date of final payment.

When applicable, the exchange rate used will be calculated as an average between:
