Terms & Conditions

We are Raven & Rose Journeys, LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Raven & Rose Journeys, LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Raven & Rose Journeys, LLC (the "Travel Agent"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
The Travel Agent offers the following services:
- Travel planning and itinerary creation
- Booking of flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Travel insurance options
- Customer support and assistance during your trip

3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit specified by the supplier is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made by the date specified by the supplier.
- Payments can be made via payment authorization or over the phone. (All payments will be made directly to the supplier)

4. Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to bookings must be made in writing and may incur additional fees from the supplier.
- Cancellation policies vary by supplier (e.g., airlines, hotels) and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- If you cancel your trip, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the supplier's terms.

5. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certifications. The Travel Agent will provide guidance but cannot guarantee the issuance of documents.

6. Liability
The Travel Agent acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your travel. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to transportation, accommodations, or other travel services.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Insurance options will be presented at the time of booking.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services.

9. Amendments
The Travel Agent reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Acceptance
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
