Booking Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 15, 2025
Introduction
These Booking Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and P & P Travel, LLC ("P & P Travel," "I," or "me"), operated by Timothy Brian Peel, an independent travel agent with InteleTravel.com. By booking travel services with me, you agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and P & P Travel and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements unless expressly agreed to in writing.
1. Definitions

Client: The person or persons making the booking and any individual on whose behalf a booking is made.

Supplier: Any third party providing travel services, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators.

Booking Confirmation: A document sent by P & P Travel confirming the details of your booking.
2. Booking Process

Initial Inquiry: Clients must provide detailed travel preferences and requirements.

Proposal & Quote: I will provide a proposal and quote based on your initial inquiry. Please note that all pricing is subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

No Holds: No travel services (including flights, cruises, or accommodations) are being held or guaranteed until payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

Acceptance & Payment: Upon acceptance of the proposal, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking. The specific payment terms will be outlined in the proposal.

Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to refuse any booking request at my sole discretion.

Booking Confirmation: A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon receipt of the required payment.
3. Payments

Deposit & Final Payment: Deposits and final payment deadlines are dictated by each Supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Service & Planning Fees: Any service or planning fees paid to P & P Travel are non-refundable and compensate for time, research, and expertise rendered.

Credit Card Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize P & P Travel or its authorized partners to charge your card for the agreed travel services.

Chargebacks: In the event of a dispute or billing issue, you agree to contact P & P Travel first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
4. Pricing Changes

Pre-Confirmation: All prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Post-Confirmation: In rare cases, suppliers or government entities may impose additional fees or price increases after booking (e.g., fuel surcharges, tax increases, or exchange rate fluctuations). The Client agrees to pay any such additional charges as required.

Error Corrections: P & P Travel reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in published quotes, confirmations, or invoices. If a correction is needed, the Client will be notified and given the option to proceed with the updated price or cancel the affected portion of their trip.
5. Changes and Cancellations

Client-Initiated Changes: Any requested changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability and Supplier policies.

Client-Initiated Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if any, are subject to Supplier policies and may be reduced by cancellation fees.

Refund Timeline Disclaimer: Any eligible refunds will be processed according to the Supplier’s timeline, which may vary and is beyond P & P Travel’s control.

Supplier-Initiated Changes/Cancellations: I am not responsible for changes or cancellations made by Suppliers, but I will assist in making alternative arrangements when possible.
6. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for all destinations and transit points.

Passport Validity: Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of entry.

Passport Submission Requirement: For all international travel, Clients are required to provide a clear copy of their passport(s) for each traveler at the time of booking. This is necessary to ensure that names are submitted exactly as they appear on the passport and to verify passport validity. P & P Travel is not liable for any issues, fees, or denied boarding resulting from incorrect name spelling or expired passports if a valid copy is not provided.

Denied Boarding or Entry: P & P Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, missed departures, or travel interruptions due to invalid or incomplete documentation.

Health & Safety Requirements: You must comply with all health requirements, vaccinations, testing, and destination protocols. These may change with little notice.
7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete information including legal names as shown on government-issued ID or passports.

P & P Travel is not liable for problems arising from inaccurate information. Name corrections may incur fees or lead to denied boarding.

You agree to notify P & P Travel promptly of any changes to your travel preferences, plans, or contact information.
8. Liability & Disclaimers

Intermediary Role: P & P Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and Suppliers. I do not control or guarantee the operations of any Supplier and cannot be held liable for their acts or omissions.

Force Majeure: I shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or Supplier bankruptcy.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, P & P Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your travel arrangements.

Supplier Contracts: By booking through P & P Travel, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of all Suppliers involved in your trip.
9. Travel Insurance

Recommendation: I strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, baggage loss, and more.

Waiver of Liability: By declining travel insurance, the Client acknowledges they are assuming all associated risks and agrees to hold P & P Travel harmless for any financial loss, including losses due to denied insurance claims or uncovered events.

COVID-19 Notice: Many travel insurance providers exclude pandemics or require specific coverage add-ons. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding their policy terms.
10. Privacy Policy

P & P Travel respects your privacy and only collects personal information necessary to complete travel bookings. Your data will be shared only with Suppliers and service providers involved in your travel arrangements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be achieved, any claims will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Georgia.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, approving the proposal, or continuing with the booking process, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
