Booking Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Booking Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and P & P Travel, LLC ("P & P Travel," "we," or "us"), operated by Timothy Brian Peel, an independent travel agent with InteleTravel.com. By booking travel services with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

Client: The person or persons making the booking and any individual on whose behalf a booking is made.
Supplier: Any third-party providing travel services, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators.
Booking Confirmation: A document sent by P & P Travel confirming the details of your booking.

2. Booking Process

Initial Inquiry: Clients must provide detailed travel preferences and requirements.
Proposal & Quote: P & P Travel will provide a proposal and quote based on the initial inquiry. Please note that all pricing is subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Acceptance & Payment: Upon acceptance of the proposal, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking. The specific payment terms will be outlined in the proposal.
Booking Confirmation: A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon receipt of the required payment.

3. Payments

Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The amount will vary depending on the travel services booked.
Final Payment: The final payment is due by the date specified in the Booking Confirmation.
Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

4. Pricing Changes

Price Changes: All prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Prices can change due to various factors, including but not limited to, changes in Supplier rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, and currency fluctuations. P & P Travel will notify the Client of any price changes as soon as possible.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes to the booking requested by the Client may incur additional fees and are subject to the availability and policies of the Supplier.
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the Supplier's cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of booking.
Supplier-Initiated Changes/Cancellations: P & P Travel is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by Suppliers. We will, however, assist in making alternative arrangements where possible.

6. Travel Documents

Passports & Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. P & P Travel will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for issues related to travel documents.
Health Requirements: Clients must comply with health requirements, including vaccinations and health insurance, as mandated by the destinations being visited.

7. Liability

Supplier Responsibility: P & P Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client and Suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers.
Errors and Omissions Coverage: P & P Travel maintains Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen errors and omissions that may arise in the course of providing our services.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, P & P Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

8. Insurance

Travel Insurance: P & P Travel strongly recommends that Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential losses.

9. Privacy Policy

Data Protection: P & P Travel will collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will be shared with Suppliers only to the extent necessary to complete bookings.

10. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel services with P & P Travel, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
