TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICES AGREEMENT - Invoice will be sent upon receipt of inquiry

This agreement is entered into as of the date of signature below, by and between the Independent Contractor Travel Agent ("Agent") and the Client.

PLANNING FEE: The Client agrees to pay the Agent a planning fee of $150(One Hundred Fifty US Dollars). This fee will be applied to the FINAL balance of any travel booking made with the Agent. Generally within 60-90 Days of travel.

SERVICES: In exchange for the planning fee, the Agent will provide comprehensive travel planning services tailored to the Client's needs and preferences.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE: Should the Client choose not to book with the Agent or cancel their booking without rebooking, the planning fee is non-refundable.

PAYMENT TERMS: The planning fee must be paid in full before the Agent begins providing the planning services.

LIABILITY: The Agent will not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or issues that may occur with travel bookings, that are out of the agent's control- including but not limited to changes in itinerary, pricing, or availability.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where the Agent is headquartered.
PRICING: All pricing provided by the Agent is an estimate and is subject to change until a deposit is made and the booking is finalized. The Client acknowledges and accepts that until a booking is made and a deposit paid, there may be changes in the pricing due to various factors that are often beyond the control of the Agent, including but not limited to changes in service fees, taxes, and exchange rates.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
