Pixie Dust Adventures LLC offers vacation planning services for Disney destinations, including but not limited to:

• Walt Disney World Resort
• Disneyland Resort
• Disney Cruise Line
• Adventures by Disney
• Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

2. Booking and Payments

• Upon your initial inquiry, we will provide a consultation to discuss your vacation preferences and requirements.
• A detailed quote will be provided for your review and approval.

2.2 Payments

• Payments are processed according to the payment schedule provided by Disney and affiliated travel partners.
• A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid by the due date specified.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and PayPal.

3. Changes and Cancellations

3.1 Changes

• Any changes to your reservation (dates, accommodations, etc.) must be requested in writing.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
• Additional fees may apply for changes made to existing bookings.

3.2 Cancellations

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier. We will provide specific details upon booking.
• Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier's policies.

4. Travel Documentation

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.) is valid and up to date.
• Pixie Dust Adventures LLC is not responsible for any travel disruptions caused by invalid or missing documentation.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

• Pixie Dust Adventures LLC acts as an intermediary between the client and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or failures of third parties.
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

• We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for the purpose of arranging your travel and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
