CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION 

 I authorize SunRay Travelers to charge my card , and by authorizing this charge, I am agreeing to SunRay Travelers Terms and Conditions of Booking, which are located at https://www.sunraytravelers.com/, including the agency’s and principal supplier policies cancelation and refund policies, which may limit my right to a refund in the event that I choose to cancel or change my plans.

By signing this agreement states that you read the Suppliers Terms and Conditions https://www.vacationexpress.com/terms/current.aspx authorizing SunRay Travelers to process and submit payment to the travel supplier on your behalf. You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the supplier’s Terms and Conditions, including all cancellation, refund, change, and travel policies. You understand that any cancellation penalties, fees, or restrictions are determined by the supplier and are your responsibility

When you retain SunRay Travelers to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).

SunRay Travelers- Administration Fee
Policy:


  • To provide every client with personalized service and a customized travel experience, SunRay Travelers charges the Lead Passenger on the booking an non-refundable administration fees:


•Individual Domestic Bookings: $50 Administration Fee
•International Travel Bookings: $75 Administration Fee
•Group Bookings: $125 Administration Fee
•Multi-Country & Complex Itineraries: $250 Administration Fee

Payment is required before the research and planning process begins. All administration fees are non-refundable. Please submit your administration fee using the secure payment link below:
 
What’s Included:

Your administration fee covers the time, expertise, and resources required to research, create, and maintain your customized travel itinerary, including:

  • Researching destinations, flights, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, and excursions based on your travel preferences.
  • Providing up to three (3) customized itinerary quotes for 1 destination. 
  • Designing a personalized travel itinerary tailored to your needs.
  • Ongoing itinerary updates and reasonable adjustments during the planning process.
  • Professional guidance and support to ensure a seamless, stress-free travel planning experience.
 

Administration Fee Validity:

Your administration fee is valid for 14 calendar days from the date your administration fee is received. During this period, SunRay Travelers will provide up to three (3) customized itinerary 1 destination quotes. If travel arrangements are not confirmed within the 14-day period, the administration fee will expire. Any additional research, revised quotes, or continued planning beyond the 14-day period may require a new administration fee.

Cancellation:

A $150 cancellation fee per person will be charged for any booking canceled after deposits and/or final payment have been received. This fee is in addition to any cancellation penalties or fees assessed by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.

Itinerary Modification Fee:

A $25 modification fee per person will be charged for any changes requested 72 hours after deposits and/or full payment have been received.

Examples of modifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Name corrections (when permitted by the supplier)
  • Flight changes
  • Hotel or resort changes
  • Travel date changes
  • Adding or removing services
  • Any other itinerary revisions


All modification fees must be paid in full before SunRay Travelers will process any requested changes to your itinerary. All requested changes remain subject to supplier approval, availability, and any additional supplier-imposed fees.

Flight-Only Booking Fee:

A $50 service fee per person applies to all flight-only bookings made through SunRay Travelers.

This fee is payable before flight reservations are booked and is separate from the cost of airfare. The service fee is non-refundable and covers flight research, reservation processing, and booking services.

All applicable fees must be paid in full before SunRay Travelers will begin research, process cancellations, make itinerary modifications, or complete flight-only bookings.

  • SunRay Travelers reserves the right to charge a “Change Fee” per occurrence for any changes once a travel booking has been confirmed and after deposit(s) and /or full payment received, 

    This Change Fee is in addition to any change fees charged by the travel suppliers.

  • Travel Insurance Acknowledgement


  • Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. SunRay Travelers highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Please also note that for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter
     (depending on the terms of the policy). Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if SunRay Traveler does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own. I acknowledge that SunRay Travelers has recommended or offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.

    • I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions of my travel booking, including the supplier’s cancellation, refund, and change policies. I also acknowledge that travel insurance was explained and offered, and I will made my decision regarding its purchase.
