As we continue to grow and provide even better service and technology, there will be some changes. Effective January 9th, 2025, research and cancellation fees will be introduced.
Repeat clients who have booked two trips or more with 4 Seven Travel x Suhanee are considered VIP's. For VIP's, research fees will be eliminated or half the cost depending on the destination you’re traveling to.

Domestic or international travel with only one destination (up to 5 people):
VIP: Free
Non-VIP: $20 per quote

Europe or any multi-destination trip:
VIP: Free
Non-VIP: $50 per quote

-Support from planning —> travel —> return home
-Personalized guidance every step of the way
-24/7 support
Group Trip Planning:
- 10 travelers or less: $50
- 11-20 travelers - $100
- 20+ travelers - contact for pricing
Destination Weddings:
Note: The research fee will only be paid by the bride or groom NOT the guests attending the wedding
- Up to 20 guests - $300
- 21-40 guests - $500
- 41-60 guests - $700
-60-80 guests - $1,000
-80+ guests - contact for pricing
Quotes are only valid for two weeks. If two weeks have passed and a new quote is needed, the research fee will need to be paid again, unless you know which resort or hotel you want to book. As always, pricing is subject to change at any time after a quote is received and before a deposit is paid.
Research fees for quotes will be accepted via Venmo (xxx) or Zelle (xxx). If another payment method is needed, please reach out to 4 Seven Travel x Suhanee.
If a research fee is required for your booking, a quote will not be emailed to you without receiving payment first.
In the event of a cancellation, we kindly request your understanding regarding our cancellation policy, which includes a nominal fee to cover administrative costs in the amount of $40 per person. Certain situations are except from cancellation policy as approved by 4 Seven Travel.
Our response times to receive a quote are up to 2-3 business days for a domestic or international trip to one destination and up to a week for Europe or multi-destination travel.
