Pretty Posh Travels' Service Fee Terms & Conditions

We are Pretty Posh Travels and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pretty Posh Travels and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Pretty Posh Travels provides travel planning services for the fees listed below.
To begin work, an initial payment of $75 for travel involving 4 persons or less, or $200 for 5 persons or more, is required. Once fee is paid in full, Pretty Posh Travels will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip, unless otherwise negotiated.

 


Service Fee Structure

  • Initial Consultation Fee:  $75 for 4 persons or less, $200 for groups of 5 or more
  • Destination Wedding Initial Consultation: $250
  • Change Fee: $50 (if in destination, $100)
  • Administrative Fee (Applied at deposit for all bookings requiring payment plans) : $45
  • Last-Minute Booking fee (Requests for travel commencing in 14 days or less): $50
  • Late Payment Fee: 20 percent of total trip cost
  • Trip Cancellation Fee: $50 per person, in addition to supplier penalties
 
Service Inclusions
 
Consultation fee includes 1 quote and one revision if necessary. Quotes include the following:
  • Hotel selection(s) based on requests made on intake form
  • Suggested Excursions
  • Round Trip Transportation to and from airport/resort (if requested location is in Mexico/Caribbean or Central America)
  • Payment Plan Options
  • Travel Insurance (unless declined by client)
 
If any additional quotes are needed, the consultation fee would need to be paid again.
 
Once trip is deposited, we provide the following:
  • Booking of all portions of the approved trip proposal
  • Dedicated trip support for the life of the trip (From deposit to trip completion)
  • Any changes and/or cancelations that need to be made, within reason (we will advise you how to handle if you are in a better position to handle this than us) 


By signing below, I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party Pretty Posh Travels 's Fee Structure and service inclusions. I acknowledge and accept there are cancellation fees, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services. I agree to all fees such as cancellation fees, change fees, and penalties, and understand that un-used portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip.
