I understand that if I attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or recollection of a trip payment without prior authorization from Kalisha Smith, LLC dba Curated Vacay, and/or the travel supplier, the company reserves the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such actions, including but not limited to attorney fees.
