Passport Requirements I understand that Kalisha Smith, LLC dba Curated Vacay is not responsible for any guest being denied entry into any country. I acknowledge that all guests are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents required for entry. All names on travel documents must match the legal name on the guest’s government-issued photo I.D., and travel document information must align with ticket details. I understand that minors traveling without their birth parents must have a notarized permission letter for travel outside the U.S. Additionally, I acknowledge that travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry to certain countries. Each guest is responsible for determining any potential immigration or customs issues before traveling. I understand that if I or any guest in my party is denied entry, it will result in a complete financial loss for the trip, with no refunds or reimbursements. I acknowledge that a valid passport is required for all international travel, including for children and infants. Furthermore, I understand that my passport, as well as the passports of all traveling guests, must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel. I accept full responsibility for reviewing and complying with passport requirements and travel advisories issued by both the United States and the countries I will be visiting.*
