RETREAT PLANNING SERVICES AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing our Retreat Planning Services. To ensure comprehensive and dedicated service for your travel arrangements, a non-refundable service fee of $350.00 per retreat is required. This fee facilitates the professional services necessary to design and coordinate your retreat, ensuring a tailored and stress-free experience.

Services Provided:

Our team brings extensive experience and expertise to every aspect of your retreat planning, including:

• Curating accommodations and venues that align with your preferences.
• Managing all transportation and logistical details.
• Developing detailed itineraries encompassing activities, tours, and events.
• Liaising with suppliers to customize your retreat to your exact needs.

Our commitment is to provide you with meticulously planned itineraries and arrangements that enhance your travel experience, offering both peace of mind and efficient use of your time.

Terms of Service Fee:

• Non-Refundable: The service fee is strictly non-refundable and is required to begin the planning process.
• Scope of Service: This fee covers the planning for up to two destinations and remains valid for 30 days from the date of payment. Additional destinations or extensions of the planning period necessitate a new service fee.
• Exclusivity to Planning: The service fee is designated for planning services only and does not apply towards the final cost of the booked retreat.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• Completion of Booking: If you choose to finalize your retreat booking through our agency, we will provide all necessary travel documentation and manage any subsequent changes or updates.
• Alternative Booking: If you opt not to proceed with our booking after receiving the planned itinerary (for reasons such as changes in plans, booking through another agency, etc.), the service fee will be retained as compensation for the planning services rendered.
• Cancellation of Services: If no booking action is taken within 30 days post-provision of the itinerary, the planning request will be deemed cancelled, and any new planning activity will require a new service fee.

Agreement and Confirmation

By signing this service fee agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

• Formalization of Agreement: This agreement is considered binding only upon execution and return of the signed service fee agreement form.
• Initiation of Services: Planning services will commence only after the service fee is fully paid.
• Release of Information: Proposals, quotes, and detailed itineraries will be disclosed only after the agreement is formally executed.
• Renewal of Services: A new service fee will be charged for any planning requests initiated after the initial 30-day period.

By entering into this agreement, you confirm your understanding that the service fee is non-refundable and recognize the scope and limitations of the services provided. We are excited to assist you in planning an exceptional retreat experience.
