Credit Card Authorization & Payment Terms
By signing below, I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit card provided and authorize Beyond Travel to use the payment information I have provided to complete the payment described on this invoice on my behalf.
I understand that Beyond Travel may transmit my authorized payment information to the applicable hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, transportation provider, or other travel supplier responsible for processing payment for my reservation.
I understand that the resulting charge may appear on my card statement under the name of the applicable travel supplier rather than Beyond Travel.
I confirm that I have reviewed the payment amount, reservation information, and payment details associated with this authorization and approve the payment requested.
I understand that submitting this authorization does not necessarily mean my card will be charged immediately. Processing time may vary based on the applicable travel supplier.
Important payment terms
• I understand that cancellation, change, refund, and payment policies are determined by the terms applicable to my reservation, including applicable Beyond Travel and travel supplier policies.
• I understand that some deposits, payments, fares, rates, fees, and other reservation components may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.
• I understand that authorizing a payment does not override the cancellation or refund terms associated with the reservation.
• I agree to maintain sufficient available credit or funds for the authorized payment until processing has been completed.
• If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, I understand that my reservation may remain unsecured or become subject to supplier cancellation, repricing, or loss of availability.
• I understand that supplier-specific terms may be more restrictive than Beyond Travel’s general policies and agree that those terms apply to the applicable travel components.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that I authorized and that was processed in accordance with this authorization, my reservation terms, and the applicable Beyond Travel and supplier agreements.
If I believe a charge has been processed incorrectly, I agree to contact Beyond Travel first so the matter can be reviewed and, when appropriate, addressed with the applicable travel supplier.
