These terms and conditions form an agreement between you and Sincerely Travel (“Sincerely Travel,” “we” or “us”). "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="You agree that:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="a) you are 18 years of age or older "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="b) you have read these terms and conditions and have the authority to and do agree to be bound by them; "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="c) you consent to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements); and "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="d) you accept financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons named on the booking. The amount you pay at the time of booking depends on the terms and conditions of the supplier. "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Priced quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment applied. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="For example, rental car companies may require no payment at the time of booking and may, instead, request payment at check-in or upon arrival at the rental car office. Other suppliers, such as airlines may request that you pre-pay for the service at the time of booking. Other suppliers such as resorts/hotels require a deposit at the time of booking with a remaining balance due at a later time. "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Upon receipt of our confirmation, if you believe that any details are wrong, you must advise us immediately as changes cannot be made later and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document. "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="If we do not receive the balance of your chosen arrangements in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h3" label="IDENTIFICATION"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Traveler are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all names change fees, if applicable. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Passports and Visas:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="TSA Secure Flight"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Please be advised that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires airline passengers to carry a government issued ID in order to board a flight. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the ID must exactly match the same such data that is listed on your airline ticket and in your booking records. Failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint which could cause you to miss your flight. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="REAL ID"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Please be advised that beginning October 1, 2020 a state-issued ID or license may only be used to pass through airport security checkpoints and to subsequently board a flight within the United States if it is REAL ID compliant. State issued temporary driver’s licenses, hunting, firearms or weapons permits are not acceptable forms of identification. Please contact your state department of motor vehicles if you are unsure whether your ID complies with the REAL ID Act. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Children"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="TSA does not require children under 18 to provide identification when traveling with a companion within the United States. However, airline policies regarding ID requirements for minors may differ from TSA rules. Please contact the airline(s) shown on your itinerary to inquire about any airline-specific ID requirements for travelers under 18. "/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be travelling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-travelling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel should be carried. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Honeymooners &amp; Anniversary Travelers"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate (or wedding invitation) to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary packages offered by the resort. A photo copy is recommended. Failure to have such proof of marriage may result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). Please notify Sincerely Travel if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation. Typically, the resort will honor these packages up to 60 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h3" label="PAYMENTS &amp; CANCELLATION"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Payments are submitted via Travel Joy. We also accept payments by phone with a major credit or debit card (346-298-5899). A signed credit card authorization must be submitted. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Deposits &amp; Travel Consulting Fees:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="A travel consulting fee is required before any quotes are given as well as deposits are due at the time of reservation. All deposits &amp; service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit. The deposit amount and monthly payment due will be clearly notated. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Server Processing Fee:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="There is an automatic server processing fee added to all payments participating in the monthly payment plan. This fee is setup by the payment processor for managing your trip on your behalf. Sincerely Travel does not collect or receive any funds from this fee this fee is paid directly to the processor."/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Full Payment"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&nbsp;All reservations can be paid for in full at the time of booking."/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Late Payment:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="All payments are due on the agreeable due date. If your monthly payment is not received by 4pm on the scheduled due date given, a $25 late fee will be assessed. This fee is generated by the processing server being used to manage your payment plan. If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee in the amount of $50 will automatically be added to your invoice/invoices one day after your final payment date. As stated earlier, the final payment late fee assessed will be in the amount of $50. If you are needing to extended/change your payment plan due date prior to the final due date, this can be done however, there is a $50 change fee assessed with any reservation changes. Your Final Payment due date can only be extended by 5 days."/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Cancellation:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to sincerely.travel@outlook.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 346-298-5899 to ensure your information has been received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Refunds:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="All Deposits &amp; Service Fee's are non-refundable/non-transferable. All payments to Sincerely Travel are subjected to guidelines set by the vendor's cancellation policy. If you purchased Travelers Insurance through Sincerely Travel, refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid minus the cost of travel insurance, research fee and deposit. After a final payment date and there is a request for a refund, there will be a cancellation fee from the vendor because after the final payment date your reservation and accommodation will be confirmed."/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Reservation Changes:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and re-booking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h3" label="Airlines"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Sincerely Travel is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Sincerely Travel is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by Sincerely Travel due to schedule and/or flight changes. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Airline Tickets"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued and are fully nonrefundable. "/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Airline Seat Assignments:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="The airlines bear sole authority of assigning seats on group flights.&nbsp;"/> <field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Schedule Changes:"/> <field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="In the event of an airline schedule change Sincerely Travel will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. Sincerely Travel is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. Sincerely Travel is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline. In the event of any change in flight itinerary made directly between passengers and their airline, it is the passengers’ responsibility to advise Sincerely Travel of amended flight details in writing at sincerely.travel@outlook.com. Sincerely Travel cannot be held responsible for land services, including arrival and/or departure transfers, if flights are changed without its knowledge.
