Terms & Conditions

Thank you for allowing Lindsay Meyer, an independent travel agent with Travelmation, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), to assist you with planning your travel. The following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline what you can expect from us and what is expected of you (“you” or “client”) when working together.

By submitting this client planning form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Prior to Departure

You agree to provide Lindsay Meyer, Travelmation, LLC with all information and documentation requested for booking, which may include (but is not limited to) a completed information form, a copy of your passport, or a photo of a valid government-issued ID. You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. You understand that providing incorrect or false information may result in additional fees, penalties, or travel disruptions, for which you are solely responsible.

You agree to submit all required deposits and payments by the stated deadlines.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing and availability are subject to change at any time until a deposit is made and confirmed. Prices are not guaranteed until booked and may change due to supplier adjustments, promotions, or availability.

Payment

You agree to pay all deposits and final payments on time or earlier than the due date. If a payment plan or partial payment is required, you must request this in advance and complete any necessary payment authorization forms. Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation or loss of booking.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your trip, you are responsible for any applicable cancellation fees imposed by suppliers. All cancellation penalties will be disclosed prior to booking. Refunds, if applicable, are determined by the supplier’s policies. Travel protection is strongly recommended. Recovery of funds due to cancellation is only possible if travel protection was purchased and the reason for cancellation meets the coverage criteria.

Room or Party Changes

Any changes to room type or number of occupants may result in a price increase or change fee. You understand that pricing for changes is based on the date the change is made, not the original booking date, and may be higher. Removing a guest from a reservation may increase the cost for the remaining guest(s).

Departure & Travel

You agree to follow all instructions provided for check-in, documentation, and travel requirements. Should you require assistance during travel, you agree to contact the appropriate supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, etc.) based on the nature of the issue.

After Your Return

You may be asked to provide feedback or a review regarding your experience, including the booking process and the trip itself. Participation is voluntary but greatly appreciated and helpful.

Termination of Representation

Lindsay Meyer, Travelmation, LLC reserves the right to terminate representation at any time. If it is determined that the working relationship is no longer a good fit or we are unable to effectively represent you, we may cease communication or transfer your booking to another qualified agent.
