By making a payment for the research fee, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The research fee is non-refundable and covers the time, expertise, and resources required to research and design your personalized travel itinerary. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and will not be applied toward any future bookings.
Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice, and accepted payment methods include credit/debit card & bank transfer. If payment is not received by the due date, there may be delays or cancellation of services. Upon payment, Cultivate Travel Agency will proceed with detailed travel planning, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services as requested. 

Cultivate Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for the actions of these third parties. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documents, such as passports and visas, and appropriate travel insurance coverage for their trip.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of booking and managing your travel plans and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

By paying the research fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
