Please read the following in its entirety.

1. Service Fee: 

 Kee's Ultimate Dream Getaways does not charge a service fee for providing a price quote. However, please keep in mind that research to provide a price quote that will offer you a great experience is timely

2. Services: 

Services include, but are not limited to: 

·       A price quote

·       Booking and applying payments to the clients vacation and excursions

·       Changes to reservations (when applicable)

·       Contacting suppliers on behalf of the client to have any issues/problems resolved in a timely manner

·       Ensure all paperwork is submitted and valid

Please note, services will begin at the time the client(s) contacts us and will continue until the client(s) returns safely home from their vacation. 

3. Quotes:  

You will be provided with three (3) quotes per destination only. Kee's Ultimate Dream Getaways will permit one (1) courtesy revision to this quote within three (3) calendar days of the delivery of the initial quote(s), as prices are subject to change during this timeframe. Any revisions or quotes requested after that timeframe are subject to a non-refundable service fee, applicable to the type of quote you required. You will receive an invoice for the applicable fee, that will be due and payable before the new quotes are provided. A deposit or full payment must be made to secure your rate. Please note, if you will be traveling within the next forty-five (45) days, full payment is required.

If your quote request is pertaining to a social media post, please state the date of the post in the appropriate field on the travel request form. If dates are listed, the quote is applicable for those dates only. Any revision to the social media quote will be allowed and that will be the only complimentary revision. All revisions thereafter will result in the applicable non-refundable service fee

If you already have a quote for the desired destination(s), price matching maybe an option. However the quote has to be dated within the last three (3) calendar days and you must provide proof of the quote to me by email at keesultimatedreamgetaways@gmail.com. Because rates can change at anytime, please understand that a quote dated outside of this timeframe may not be matched.

4. Delivery of Quotes:

The lead client (person completing this form) will receive the price quote(s) within 72 hours of submitting this form. Kee's Ultimate Dream Getaways will provide the quote via email. Please be sure to provide a valid email address where the quote(s) can be sent. If you do not see the email within 72 hours of submitting the form, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received your quote, please send an email to keesultimatedreamgetaways@gmail.com

5. Follow-up: 

Kee's Ultimate Dream Getaways provides only one (1) follow up, three (3) calendar days after the quote(s) have been provided. This follow-up will be sent via email. In the event that the client(s) needs a revision and hasn’t already received one, this will be provided. If the client(s) has received their courtesy revision and needs another one, the applicable service fee applies. 

6. Consultations:

Free consultations are available for clients seeking travel advice. If you'd like to discuss the quote(s) provided or have general questions, please send an email to nikieshamorris.inteletravel.com. If you need a call, please request a call as well as the best time to contact you in your email. Quotes for travel will not be provided during this call and/or by email without a completed request form. These two methods are ONLY for us to answer general questions and provide the best options for the client.

7. CANCELLATIONS: 

To protect your investment, purchasing travel protection is highly recommended, in the event, you may need to cancel your vacation. Both travel credit and full cash refund coverage are available. The fee for travel protection is non-refundable and non-transferable. In addition, any service fee paid to Kee's Ultimate Dream Getaways is non-refundable and is not reimbursable through any travel protection. If a client decides to cancel their trip, my time is valuable and the service fee covers the hours put into researching travel options, providing travel proposals, making reservations, and any possible cancellations.
