Terms & Conditions
Travel With Rekyiah LLC ("Agency"), operating under the host agency Outside Agents, is excited to assist you with your travel plans. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the travel inquiry and booking process between you ("Client") and the Agency. By submitting a travel inquiry, requesting a quote, or booking travel services through the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Process
a. A valid government-issued identification is required for all travelers. It is the Client's responsibility to provide accurate traveler information, including the legal name exactly as it appears on the traveler's government-issued identification or passport.
b. Once a reservation has been made, the Client is responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation for accuracy, including traveler names, dates of birth, travel dates, itinerary, cabin assignment, and selected options. Any errors or omissions must be reported immediately and before any supplier-imposed correction deadlines. The Agency is not responsible for supplier fees or penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client or corrections requested after supplier-imposed deadlines.
c. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure reservations. Final payment deadlines are established by the travel supplier and must be met to avoid cancellation.
d. Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change until the required deposit or payment has been processed. Promotional offers introduced after booking may not apply to existing reservations.
e. All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and policies of the applicable travel supplier, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel providers.
f. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients who decline coverage assume all financial risks associated with trip cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, supplier default, lost baggage, weather events, and other unforeseen circumstances. If travel insurance is purchased, the policy is solely between the Client and the insurance provider. The Agency is not responsible for policy coverage, claim determinations, or insurance claim administration.
2. Payments & Fees
a. Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods provided during the booking process.
b. Failure to make payments by the supplier's deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, loss of deposits, cancellation fees, or other penalties imposed by the supplier.
c. Processing or convenience fees may apply to certain transactions, when permitted.
3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
a. Cancellation, refund, and change policies vary by travel supplier and fare type.
b. The Agency does not determine refund eligibility and is not responsible for refunds issued or denied by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.
c. Changes made after booking may be subject to supplier-imposed change fees, fare differences, administrative fees, or other applicable charges.
4. Group Travel
a. Group reservations are subject to supplier-established contracts, deposit schedules, payment deadlines, inventory release dates, and availability.
b. Each traveler is responsible for submitting required forms, documentation, and payments by stated deadlines. Failure to do so may affect the group's reservation, pricing, cabin availability, or other group benefits.
5. Responsibility & Liability
a. Travel With Rekyiah LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor under Outside Agents and does not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation companies, excursion providers, or other travel suppliers.
b. The Agency is not responsible or liable for cancellations, schedule changes, delays, supplier bankruptcy, denied boarding, lost or delayed baggage, illness, injury, accidents, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, force majeure events, or any acts or omissions of travel suppliers.
c. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and presenting all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and any entry requirements established by the supplier or destination. The Agency is not responsible for expenses, denied boarding, or losses resulting from the Client's failure to meet these requirements.
