This gives me a clear picture of the trip you&#39;re envisioning and helps me figure out if your wish list lines up with your budget. I totally get that sometimes you might not know exactly what your dream trip will cost—you’re making your best guess, and that’s completely fine! Just be sure to let me know in the notes section whether your budget is firm or if there’s a little wiggle room."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="It depends - and let me explain why. We never charge planning fees for cruises, all-inclusive resorts, or group trips booked through our preferred partners. You&#39;ll still get personalized service and expert support—at no extra cost to you!"/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="The cancellation fee varies based on the type of trip, the time involved, and overall cost. You’ll see the exact amount outlined in the travel services agreement email you receive."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="I only get paid through commission after you complete your trip. So if you cancel, I don’t receive any compensation for the time and effort already invested. Because of this, I charge a cancellation fee unless you’ve booked one of my custom itinerary planning packages, which covers my time upfront."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="When you work with me—or any travel agent—we don’t get paid upfront for the time spent planning your trip. That includes researching destinations, comparing resorts or cruise cabins, answering questions, and handling all the details before and after booking. Often, I’m working with clients for up to 18 months before they even travel."/>&#13;

For group vacations or cruises, there’s also a group concierge fee to cover the extra coordination involved. These fees ensure my time is covered regardless of whether you book."/>&#13;
