Terms & Conditions
The Door is a full-service travel agency offering curated, pre-set trips and itineraries in partnership with trusted Suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, ground transportation providers, tour operators, and other travel service providers (each, a “Supplier” and collectively, “Suppliers”). The Door acts solely as an Agent and does not operate or control the travel services provided by Suppliers. Accordingly, The Door is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or for any services booked directly by the Client.
Trip Structure and Availability
All trips offered by The Door are pre-designed and cannot be customized. Each itinerary is fixed and includes specific destinations, accommodations, and activities as described in the trip details. Each trip accommodates a maximum of three (3) couples or six (6) travelers. Availability is limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit.

By signing below, I authorize The Door Travel to charge the credit card provided herein.
Planning Fees
The Door does not offer custom planning services. All trips are pre-set and priced as published. No additional planning fees apply beyond the cost of the trip.
Prices for trips are determined by Suppliers and are subject to change until full payment is received. Quotes provided by The Door are not guaranteed until deposit and/or full payment is made. Prices generally exclude optional services such as baggage fees, seat upgrades, or personal expenses.
Supplier Terms and Conditions
Suppliers set their own terms, which govern your travel arrangements and supersede these Terms. By booking with The Door, you agree to comply with all Supplier terms, including cancellation and refund policies. We strongly recommend reviewing all Supplier terms before booking.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all travelers. For international travel, a valid passport is required. Your passport must not expire within six (6) months of your date of entry into any destination country. Some destinations may also require visas or other documentation. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all entry requirements. The Door assumes no liability for denied boarding or entry due to invalid documentation.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Trips offered by The Door are fixed and cannot be customized. Changes to itineraries are not permitted. Cancellation policies are determined by Suppliers and may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to Supplier policies. The Door has no control over Supplier refund decisions.
Suppliers may modify or cancel travel schedules for operational or safety reasons. Any compensation or remedies in such cases are governed by Supplier policies. The Door is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or additional expense resulting from schedule changes.
Health and Safety Requirements
Certain destinations may require vaccinations or health documentation. It is the Client’s responsibility to meet these requirements. The Door is not liable for denied entry due to failure to comply with health regulations.
The Door strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Questions regarding coverage should be directed to the insurance provider. The Door is not responsible for claims denied by insurers.
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, accidents, and exposure to health hazards. By booking with The Door, you acknowledge and assume all such risks. For more information, consult www.state.gov and www.cdc.gov.
The Door is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts or omissions of Suppliers or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government actions.
If events beyond the reasonable control of The Door or Client occur—such as severe weather, war, public health emergencies, or transportation disruptions—that make performance impractical or impossible, these Terms may be terminated without liability. In such cases, The Door will refund any amounts in its possession that have not been paid to Suppliers.
These Terms are effective as of the date indicated. The Door reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided, and continued use of The Door’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By signing below and/or submitting payment for a trip offered by The Door, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also represent that all travelers included in your booking agree to these Terms.
