Changes & Cancellations: All changes are subject to supplier policies and fees. Refunds are determined by the supplier, not Charmaine Contreras.
Passports & Documentation: Travelers are responsible for providing valid passports/IDs, meeting all entry requirements, and covering any costs associated with denied entry or incorrect documentation.
Travel Insurance: Highly recommended. If declined, you’ll receive a waiver during the booking phase.
Final Payment:Due on the date listed on your invoice. Late payments may result in cancellation and loss of funds per supplier terms.
Accuracy: You agree to review your confirmation documents and verify names, dates, and details within 24 hours of receipt. Fees may apply for later corrections.
