Terms & Conditions

We are Beaches and Beyond Adventures and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Beaches and Beyond Adventures LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

1. Parties

This agreement is made between Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC ("Travel Agent") and the client listed below ("Client").

2. Scope of Services

Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC agrees to provide professional travel planning services, which may include:

Research and recommendations for destinations, resorts, cruises, or tours
Booking of air, hotel, ground transportation, cruises, and/or excursions
Group coordination services (if applicable)
Travel insurance quotes
Ongoing support before and during travel

3. Fees

Some services may be subject to non-refundable planning or service fees. These fees will be disclosed in writing prior to service. If charged, fees must be paid before travel arrangements begin.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information (legal names, dates of birth, travel preferences, etc.)
Review all documents and confirmations upon receipt
Make timely payments to suppliers as instructed
Purchase travel insurance or waive it in writing

5. Payments and Cancellations

Client understands that all bookings are subject to the cancellation, refund, and change policies of the individual travel suppliers. Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, or cancellations.

6. Travel Insurance

Client acknowledges that travel insurance has been offered and is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events, including cancellation, delays, illness, or lost baggage. Client assumes all risks if insurance is declined.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beaches and Beyond Adventure LLC acts solely as an agent between the client and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence by any third-party travel providers, nor for force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

8. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purposes of securing travel arrangements. Your information will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
