I agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to Lavishly Travel terms and conditions as found on the website.

I understand insurance is nonrefundable.

I understand trains are nonrefundable.

I understand ferries are nonrefundable.

I understand a 10% cancellation fee of total trip cost is incurred.

I understand that if I paid with a credit card, Lavishly Travel policy is to process any remaining refunds to the credit card (s) used to book.

I understand that all parties are entitled to a portion of the funds and must agree on the refund and not dispute the refunded amount with Lavishly Travel.

I understand that I am signing on behalf of all parties on this particular trip and am responsible to disburse the refund to the other party ( ies)

I understand that if I am requesting a check that 1) I will not dispute the credit card charges for this trip and 2) the credit card processing fees that were incurred by Lavishly Travel will also be an additional nonrefundable amount. 

I understand it is at the discretion of Lavishly Travel to offer a trip credit in the 10% cancellation fee toward a future trip of equal or greater value and I may request this on my next quote request. If I was traveling with another party, I must get an authorization to use the full 10% otherwise, this may be split between all travelers from this trip. 
You agree to call the in  travel customer service number on documents to resolve any issues that occur within travel and contact me via phone call to resolve. You are agreeing to no chargebacks that occur  during in travel issues if you do not follow the instructions. The in travel customer service line is recorded for quality assurance and documented and will be used to fight all chargebacks that occur after travel has commenced.
