In case you missed it in my process description or FAQ's, for every vacation I design there is a non-refundable planning fee based on the length of your trip, charged after the Discovery Call if you decide you would like to move forward with planning. This fee is $39 per night of your travels and covers the in-depth time involved in researching, preparing and executing a completely customized vacation experience for you. (The planning fee for cruises and group travel will differ from the rate above, based on the scope of your trip. ) We can chat more about the planning fee and answer any questions you have during your complimentary Discovery Call.
