We are Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC is a professional travel agency in business since 2020 serving customers in the local community and in states across the country. We help plan vacations worldwide including every component of a trip such as: accommodations to suit all budgets and tastes; air and ground transportation; sightseeing and excursions; dining and entertainment; as well as, travel insurance.
We receive commission from many of the travel suppliers and providers we use. We do not charge for our time; however; some of our services are provided for a fee.
Our customers best work with us in a consulting role by letting us know what research they have done on their own, what information they have received elsewhere, by sharing their thoughts and aspirations, and by allowing us to continue to work with them when they change their plans or find something else that is more appealing.
We do not receive commission by a supplier unless we make the arrangements. Therefore, we ask that our customers not make their own travel arrangements once they start working with us.
You understand that Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services you have requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. You have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to you are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services you have purchased. you consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services you have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes you any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
You accept that Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC is not responsible for, nor will you attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss YOU may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
You further understand and acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to your health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC is not in a position to advise you whether you should travel to any particular place at any particular time. Rather, to assist you in making an informed decision, you should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).
You will review your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that you may contact Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC if you have any questions. You understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of your travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
You have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer you the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.
You understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. You have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on your airline ticket and in your booking records. You acknowledge that your failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing you to miss your flight. You further acknowledge that beginning on October 1, 2021, you must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).
You understand that if traveling internationally, you must have a valid passport and, depending upon your destination and nationality, you may need to obtain one or more visas.
Note to Client: Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Agent Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov
You understand that the airline tickets, air tours or other products you are purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. You acknowledge that you may be charged additional sums by Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. You hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC to charge your credit card for such additional amounts. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you of these charges prior to charging your card.
You understand that you may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance!
As the worldwide coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues, you acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC has no control. You further acknowledge that the supplier's own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, you understand that should you elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, you hereby agree to hold Hey Hey Vacay Travel Consultants LLC harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, you may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.
