		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="It is a monitoring and management service for flights already booked by the Travel Advisor for their clients no matter the source of the booking. The flight might have been booked through a tour operator, consolidator or direct with the airline. It does not matter. TM Flights will&amp;nbsp; monitor and manage the flight until the client returns home from their travels. TM Flights will handle schedule changes, send preflight emails about the flights and airline policies, manage delays, disruptions or cancellations, and coach your clients through any flight issues. Travel advisors will be kept informed about their clients flights.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Once the enrollment for an annual subscription is complete, the Travel Advisor will fill out a Flight Monitoring form for each flight record they want monitored and managed. The advisor and their clients are asked to forward any emails regarding the flights they may receive from the original booking source to flightmonitor@travelmation.net.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;

		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="How it works:&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="1 - Advisor enrolls in an annual subscription tier for flights monitoring and management service giving authorization for TM Flights to charge their credit card for the tier chosen and the billing scheduling selected.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="2 - TM Flights will bill the advisor for the tier and billing option chosen.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="3 - Advisor will fill out a flight monitoring request form as flights are needed for monitoring and management.&amp;nbsp; Form link will be provided to the advisor for them to bookmark for future use. ONE flight per form.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="4 - TM Flights will put the request into their systems monitoring and managing flights keeping the advisor and clients updated on major changes.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="5 - A preflight email will be sent to client regarding check in requirements for their airline as well as number to call or text during travel if flights are delayed or cancelled.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Note: If advisors cancel their yearly subscription and still have active flights with TM Flights, those flights will no longer be monitored.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
