1. The provided quote is preliminary and does not constitute a reservation. All prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment.
 
2. No space is being held with this quote. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.
 
3. All rates are quoted per person in US Dollars. Price estimates are based on these travel dates. Prices may change if dates are changed.
 
4. Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.
 
5. Entry & re-entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry.
 
6. For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy claim.
 
7. We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections.
 
By accepting this quote, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Vacation quote pricing and availability are subject to change until deposit is paid!

We highly recommend booking as soon as possible. Again, nothing is guaranteed until deposit and/or payment is made. 

 

Helpful Info

  • Travel Research will include (2-3) quotes for 1 destination of choice.  (1) revision is allowed.
  • There will be a $25 fee per destination change
  • Flight Only requires a $30 fee per flight.   
  • Flights can not be packaged with condos/cabins/vacation homes. Flights can be booked separately. There will be a $10 fee per flight for separate flights when combined with another booking.
  • Deposits range from $100-300 per person on average. Deposits are only available for vacations 45 days out.
  • If the vacation is within 45 days, the FULL price is due at the time of booking.

     

  • Here are a few things you can look forward to with your research fee:

    * Itinerary with detailed information from the supplier

    * Deposit option, if it's available

 

If your vacation isn't booked within 5 business days, you will have to restart the full booking process. You will have to resubmit a new form as pricing and availability has likely changed. 

 

Travel Documentation Requirements

Full names must be listed as they appear on your government issued identification and passport for all travelers.

Passport must be valid 6 months after the return date for any international travel.

A certified birth certificate and government issued identification can be used for cruises departing and returning to a US port of call. A passport is preferred (not required).

A passport is required for ALL International travel.

ALL lead travelers are responsible for sharing the required documentation with group and/or other travelers participating.
