Terms & Conditions
We at AOH Travel LLC are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to AOH Travel LLC, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
- AOH Travel LLC will make every effort to honor the price as originally quoted, however, under certain circumstances, additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components.
- Certain suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs, and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
- Flight confirmation is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of deposit, including price increases in the price of a seat, the price for baggage, applicable fuel surcharges, or an increase in a government-imposed fee or tax.
- Once purchased, US air transaction prices will not increase, except for potential charges resulting from government-imposed taxes or fees. I consent to pay for such charges and authorize AOH Travel LLC to charge my credit card for such additional amounts. This consent applies to all travel arranged by AOH Travel LLC at my request, which includes US scheduled air transportation.
- Passport copies are required to confirm international air reservations.
- I acknowledge and accept there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services, which have been provided to me in writing. I agree with all such cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable.
- I have reviewed and accepted AOH Travel LLC’s Fee Structure on behalf of myself (and anyone in my party).
- I authorize AOH Travel to use my credit card to make payments with suppliers outlined in the Invoice.
- If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, or reversed, or AOH Travel LLC is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract between myself and AOH Travel LLC, and AOH Travel LLC shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with the collection.
Fee Structure
- Travel Planning Consultation and Initiation Fee (individuals/couple/family): $300 +
- Travel Planning Consultation and Initiation Fee (small group): TBD
- Expedited Planning Fee (within 30 days of travel): +$200
- Airline Award Travel Ticketing/Change Fee (per record): $200
- If airline miles are used to book a ticket, this fee may be charged
- Round-Trip Airfare Ticketing/Change Fee (per person): $50
- Cancellation Fee (per person): $100
