Option A – Bought Through Sosa Travel

Travel insurance was paid in full at the time of purchase.
Coverage only applies to the hotel and flight (if flight was purchased through Sosa Travel).
Itinerary events and activities are not covered under this policy.

Option B – Planning to Buy Before Trip Departure

“Cancel for Any Reason” (cash refund) option is only available within 7 days of booking and is no longer an option after that time.
Insurance must be purchased no later than one week before departure.

Option C – Already Insured/Will Buy Through Another Provider

No additional action is required, but please ensure your coverage is active for your travel dates.

Option D – Declining Travel Insurance

You understand that this trip is non-refundable and non-transferable, and that by declining travel insurance, you will not be eligible for reimbursement in the event of cancellation or changes.
You are fully responsible for any cancellation penalties, out-of-pocket expenses, or emergency-related costs incurred during the trip.

I understand that all travel insurance is offered through insurance companies, and Sosa Travel is not responsible for the terms, coverage, claims process, or customer support of any insurance company, regardless of where or how coverage is obtained.
