ABOUT YOUR TRIP

Client Agreement Form

Thank you for choosing Slo Luxe Travel Design. To ensure a smooth, seamless planning process and an exceptional travel experience, please review the following terms and expectations.


1. Travel Details, Passports & Visas
Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations (including traveler names, birthdates, and travel dates) within 24 hours of receipt. Changes requested after this window may incur supplier or administrative fees.

All quotes are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with full traveler details and a paid deposit.
For international travel, valid U.S. passports are required and must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary visas and travel documentation.

Please note: Starting May 7, 2025, a REAL ID will be required for domestic air travel within the United States. Slo Luxe Travel Design is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.


2. Payments & Cancellations
Slo Luxe Travel Design offers multiple travel planning packages, some of which require a planning fee if minimum investment thresholds are not met. Details are available on our [Services page].

Final payment deadlines are determined by our suppliers. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in cancellation without refund. If rebooking is requested after cancellation due to non-payment, a $250 rebooking fee will apply.

Planning fees and service charges issued by Wanderlust Travel & Tours LLC / Slo Luxe Travel Design are non-refundable.

Major booking modifications (such as changing dates, room categories, or destination) after deposit will incur a $50 administrative fee per change.
Booking cancellations will incur a $100 fee from Slo Luxe Travel Design, in addition to any applicable supplier penalties.

Please note that many of our proposals are built using consolidated or contracted rates. As such, we may not be able to provide individual line-item pricing for each component of your itinerary.

All official change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Proposals, trip adjustments, or bookings will not be handled via text or social media messages.


3. Flight Arrangements & Hotel Bookings
Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming selected flight itineraries and checking in with their airline 24 hours before departure.

Slo Luxe Travel Design is not responsible for airline-imposed changes, including schedule shifts or seat reassignments. Seat assignments and baggage fees are the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise stated.

“Basic economy” tickets are not recommended due to their restrictions and lack of flexibility.

We do not book using airline miles or hotel loyalty points. However, we are happy to add loyalty numbers to your reservations when applicable. Earning of loyalty points is not guaranteed.


4. Travel Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection, either through our trusted suppliers or our preferred partner, Allianz.

Please note: “Credit voucher” insurance options allow rescheduling but do not offer cash refunds. Full policy terms and coverage will be shared at time of quote.


5. Communication & Expectations
We are committed to professional, respectful communication and expect the same in return. Timely feedback and clear responses are essential to the success of your trip.

All booking changes or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal or text message requests will not be accepted.

All payments must be submitted via your secure client portal with appropriate authorization.


6. Price Match Requests
Clients may submit one price match or repricing request per booking. Requests are reviewed with care, but matches are not guaranteed.


7. Use of Client Photos & Videos
Unless otherwise requested in writing, client-submitted photos and videos may be used by Slo Luxe Travel Design for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed collateral.


8. Business Hours

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

  • Friday: Closed for client appointments

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST

  • Sunday & Major Holidays: Closed

Non-urgent messages received after hours will be responded to the following business day. We are available 24/7 to assist clients with in-travel emergencies only.
