1. TRAVEL DESIGN SERVICES

The Agency offers four service tiers to accommodate different travel needs. By selecting a tier below, Client agrees to the associated planning fee and services:

SELECT TRAVEL EXPERIENCE - $99

Perfect for All-Inclusive Resorts & Cruise Packages

Minimum Budget: $2,500 (cruises with air)/$5,000 (all other travel experiences)

Services Include:

• Personalized trip research/recommendations

• Up to 2 itinerary proposals with 1 revision (additional proposals outside of this will require an additional $49 fee per proposed resort or cruise itinerary)

• Booking services for flights, hotels, transfers

• Travel insurance consultation

• Tour/excursion booking assistance

• 24/7 travel assistance via WhatsApp/text

• Exclusive partner perks and amenities

PREMIUM TRAVEL DESIGN - $249

Perfect for Semi-Customized Vacations

Minimum Budget: $5,000

All Select Travel Experience benefits, PLUS:

Services Include:

• Up to 2 revisions of proposed itineraries

• Enhanced destination research

• Detailed destination guides

• More complex itinerary planning

• Additional supplier negotiations

• Expanded excursion options

SIGNATURE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE - $499

Perfect for Complex Multi-Destination Journeys

Minimum Budget: $10,000+

Services Include:

All Premium Travel Design benefits, PLUS:

• Up to 3 revisions of proposed itineraries

• Concierge services (dining, spa, activities)

• Digital itinerary via Travefy

• Custom destination guides
• 30-60 Minute Pre-Trip Call (held about 2-3 weeks before departure)

• Priority support

• Enhanced concierge assistance

2. PLANNING FEE TERMS

a) The planning fee is non-refundable and due upon signing this agreement.

b) This fee is separate from actual travel costs and supplier deposits.

c) Planning fee payment methods accepted: Credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER)

3. PROPOSAL TERMS & PRICING

Proposal Validity:

• All travel proposals are valid for 14 days from the date of presentation (pricing is subject to change, see Pricing Terms below)

• After 14 days without a deposit, a $50 restart fee will be required to resume planning

• This restart fee covers updated pricing, availability checks, and revised proposals

Pricing Terms:

• All prices quoted in proposals are subject to change

• Rates are not guaranteed until:

1. Required deposit is received

2. Booking confirmation is obtained from supplier(s)

• Factors affecting final pricing may include but are not limited to:

- Availability changes

- Supplier rate modifications

- Currency fluctuations

- Seasonal adjustments

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client agrees to:

a) Provide accurate information regarding travel preferences and requirements

b) Respond to proposals within 3 business days (Please note: Proposal pricing is subject to change; see Pricing Terms above)

c) Submit required documents by specified deadlines

d) Make timely decisions regarding bookings

e) Review all documents for accuracy

f) Notify Agency of any special requirements or changes

5. AGENCY COMMITMENTS

Agency commits to:

a) Respond to communications within 24 business hours

b) Deliver initial proposals within 3-5 business days (Please note: Some proposals for customized itineraries may take up to 7-14 business days due to discussions with our suppliers and their response to our initial inquiry.)

c) Process revisions within 2 business days (Note: For customized itineraries, this may take some additional time depending on supplier's response to our request for changes to the proposal.)

d) Provide transparent pricing and terms

e) Advocate for Client with travel suppliers

f) Apply industry expertise and destination knowledge

6. SERVICE DEFINITIONS

a) Revision: Modification to original proposal including date, resort, room category, or itinerary changes

b) Business Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST; Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST; Saturdays, By Appointment Only

c) After-Hours Support: Emergency assistance available 24/7 via WhatsApp/text/phone/email

d) Concierge Services: Subject to availability and supplier restrictions

7. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL

a) Primary Communication: Email for documentation, WhatsApp/text/phone/email for urgent matters

b) Response Times: 24 business hours for standard requests

c) Emergency Support: 24/7 via provided emergency contact (while traveling)

d) Meeting Scheduling: Via our Calendly link

a) Last-minute changes (within 14 days of travel) may incur additional fees

b) Agency is not responsible for supplier-imposed changes

c) Travel insurance is strongly recommended

d) Passport/visa requirements are Client's responsibility

e) Force majeure conditions may affect travel arrangements

f) Scope and Vendor Relations:

• This planning agreement applies solely to travel design services provided by Sea & Sun Travel Agency, LLC

• This agreement does not represent any resort, airline or other vendor services

• All vendor-specific penalties (including cancellation fees) are the client's responsibility

• Vendor terms will be outlined in subsequent booking confirmations and/or contracts
