We are honored to curate your journey and are committed to delivering a seamless, elevated travel planning experience. These Agreement Terms & Conditions establish the responsibilities of both Nealey & Co. Luxury Travel (“Agency,” “we,” “our”) and the traveler (“Client,” “you,” “your”).

By approving your proposal, submitting payment, or authorizing us to begin planning your travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

When you choose Nealey & Co., you can expect:

1. Our Services

Nealey & Co. Luxury Travel provides professional travel planning, itinerary design, reservation management, supplier coordination, destination recommendations, and concierge-style travel services for leisure and luxury travelers.

We act solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, villa providers, transportation companies, tour operators, travel insurance providers, and destination management companies.

 

2. Booking Confirmation

Reservations are not confirmed until:

  • Required deposits have been received.
  • Supplier confirmation has been issued.
  • Availability has been verified.

All pricing is subject to availability and supplier confirmation until payment has been received.

 

3. Payments

Accepted payment methods include approved credit cards and any other payment methods accepted by Nealey & Co. Luxury Travel.

Payment deadlines established by suppliers are firm.

Failure to submit payment by the required due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposits or payments already made.

 

4. Pricing

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change based on supplier availability, exchange rates, taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, and other variables.

Pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed by deposit or full payment, depending on supplier requirements.

 

5. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and modification requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation penalties and change fees are determined by each travel supplier and may also include applicable agency service fees.

Nealey & Co. Luxury Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties or non-refundable reservations.

 

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler.

Comprehensive travel insurance may provide coverage for:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Trip interruption
  • Medical emergencies
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Travel delays

If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that you accept all financial responsibility for losses resulting from unforeseen events.

 

7. Required Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including:

  • Valid passports
  • Required visas
  • Vaccination records
  • Government entry requirements
  • Any additional documentation required by airlines or destination countries

Failure to obtain proper documentation does not constitute grounds for refund.

 

8. Supplier Responsibility

Nealey & Co. Luxury Travel serves solely as an intermediary between clients and independent travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, mechanical failures, weather events, labor strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, supplier insolvency, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

9. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to carefully review all itineraries, invoices, confirmations, and travel documents immediately upon receipt.

It is the client’s responsibility to verify:

  • Traveler names
  • Travel dates
  • Destination information
  • Passport information
  • Reservation details

Any discrepancies must be reported promptly.

Failure to review travel documents may result in additional costs that are the responsibility of the client.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Nealey & Co. Luxury Travel’s liability is limited to the professional planning services provided.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from services performed by third-party suppliers.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Any dispute/s located in Alabama.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

By electronically signing, authorizing payment, approving your proposal, or proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed, understood, and accepted these Agreement Terms & Conditions.
