PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FEE AGREEMENT

 

 

To perform professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a $45 per person (adult) fee is required. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee is for the lead person who is inquiring about the vacation to use my services. Each individual joining will be responsible for paying this same fee should they choose to use my services as well, or if you are agreeing to pay for them (example: couples, friends, parents, etc.). Vacation planning involves a great deal of time to properly curate your vacation Rest assured our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide itineraries, vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time.

Once Serena's Sweet Escapes has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop for it on the internet, or wherever you would like. If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The fee is valid for 30 days (includes 1 destination change). Otherwise, we will consider the request cancelled. If you decide to reconvene anytime thereafter, or request anew destination outside of the 1 additional allotment, a new fee will be due.

 

 

1) The authorization & disclosure is not considered complete until this form is executed by you.

2) We will not commence any planning until the research fee has been paid and we will not continue any planning if research fees are due.

3) Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned along with a paid invoice.

4) I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage Serena's Sweet Escapes to research my vacation plans.

5) I agree that the research fee is non-refundable.

6) Furthermore, I understand a new research fee will be charged should I initiate any new request after 30 days or request any new changes outside of the allotment.
