For independent trips professional planning fees cover the time involved for researching appropriate destinations, planning tours, booking accommodations, price comparisons for the air and land segments, private transfer arrangements, preparing destination information, recommending and organizing activities, itinerary development, document preparation, and anything else necessary for a safe and enjoyable trip.  Fees are dependent upon the complexity of the trip and are quoted with the scope of work.
