By booking services with Yo Travel Girl Travel Agency ("Agency"), you, the client ("Passenger"), agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations while using our services.

1. Authorization & Payment Agreement I authorize Yo Travel Girl Travel Agency (YOTRAVELGIRL, LLC) to charge the credit card or bank account indicated for the amount on the invoice date. This payment is for the services listed. I understand refunds, returns, and cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Agency. I certify I am an authorized user and will not dispute the charge if it aligns with these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Design Fee Travel design fees are non-refundable and cover:

  • Up to 3 custom itineraries

  • Budget-based trip design

  • Personal concierge services while in destination

  • Pre-departure Zoom consultation

  • Personalized itinerary creation

  • Extensive research and planning time

These fees are required before any work begins and are non-transferable.

3. Trip Change Fees Changes after booking (e.g., name corrections, roommate changes, DOB updates) incur a non-refundable change fee per traveler, per request. Additional vendor or supplier fees may apply.

4. Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the travel vendor or insurance provider. Yo Travel Girl does not issue direct refunds for services performed by the Agency.

5. Travel Insurance & COVID-19 Waiver Clients are responsible for obtaining travel insurance. COVID-19 and its associated impacts (e.g., illness, travel restrictions, quarantines, cancellations) are considered known risks. The Agency is not responsible for denial of claims related to COVID-19. Clients acknowledge the decision to travel is their own and hold the Agency harmless.

6. Booking Accuracy & Legal Names Passengers must verify names, DOB, contact info, travel dates, prices, and itinerary details at the time of booking. Legal names must match government-issued ID or passport. Errors not reported within 24 hours are the responsibility of the client.

7. Travel Documentation Travelers are solely responsible for verifying and obtaining passports, visas, vaccination requirements, and other travel documents. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, for which the Agency is not liable.

8. Privacy Policy All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of booking and managing travel. We do not share your information except with necessary travel partners to complete bookings.

9. Payment Policy Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation. The Agency is not liable for penalties due to non-payment.

10. Pricing Discrepancies All prices are subject to change until paid in full. Suppliers may impose surcharges or tax increases. The Agency is not responsible for third-party pricing errors and reserves the right to pass on any supplier-initiated increases.

11. Airfare Terms Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to change fees. Yo Travel Girl acts as an intermediary and is not liable for airline delays, schedule changes, or cancellations. Travelers must confirm flight details directly with airlines.

12. Accommodations & Amenities Hotel classifications are based on local standards. The Agency does not guarantee specific room types or amenities. Substitutions may occur due to supplier changes. Guests are responsible for confirming accommodation policies, including check-in/out times.

Meal plan types vary:

  • All-Inclusive: Meals & some drinks

  • Full Board: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

  • Half Board: Breakfast & one main meal

  • European Plan: No meals included

13. Limitation of Liability Yo Travel Girl acts only as an agent and is not liable for:

  • Injuries, loss, or damage to person/property

  • Travel delays or supplier cancellations

  • Missed flights or connections

  • Changes to itineraries

  • Acts of God, pandemics, or weather events

14. Final Agreement By signing and/or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is the booking client's responsibility to share these policies with all travelers in the party.
