Emergencies can happen when you least expect it. I highly recommend that you protect your vacation with a travel insurance policy. The cruise lines, airlines, hotels and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. Research Fee Waived-This only applies if have booked with Lux Travel for at least 2 destinations over the last 2 years . Approval MUST be granted by management.

It is our assumption that when you are completing this form you are planning to book within 2 weeks from the date you receive your quote. EXAMPLE: IF you receive your quote on the 10th, you should be ready to book by the 24th. If you have no intentions on booking that soon, it is our recommendation you do not submit a quote form. Pricing and availability are always subject to change. 2 weeks after we have sent pricing, the quote is no longer active and a new form and fee are required for additional pricing. Our current turn around time is **3 business days** Weekends are not included in the 3 business days. As long as you receive a confirmation after submitting this form, that means we received your inquiry.
