Terms and Conditions for New Memories Travel

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between New Memories Travel ("Agency," "we," "us") and the client ("you," "customer"). By booking travel services with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). We do not own or control these services and are not liable for their actions or omissions.
If assistance with obtaining a passport, passport renewal, or visa(s) to enter select countries is needed, an additional fee will be applied and discussed prior to booking.

3. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required before travel as specified in the invoice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to supplier policies. We will facilitate refunds if applicable, but service fees may apply.
No refunds will be given for unused services or last-minute cancellations.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to travel plans must be requested in writing and may be subject to change fees.
Availability is not guaranteed after booking modifications.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, government actions, or supplier insolvency.
Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with Maryland State Laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the Laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in Maryland courts.
