Please note that we have a Concierge Fee of $150 per couple and $250 per family of five. For groups of over 6 people, we charge $50 per person.
Sunset Chasers believes in Travel Insurance and will include a quote automatically with your proposal. You will need to decline the Travel Insurance while reviewing your quote.
After this inital trip request, we will send you another form to gather more information before our call!
Please note that if you are planning to use points for your air or hotel, that booking will need to be made directly with your points provider and I cannot assist. The good news is that I can handle all of the rest of the details for you!
Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months and in excellent condition (free of damage). We highly recommend having a passport for all adults and children if you plan on cruising.
If you are only traveling in trips in the United States of America a Passport is not needed and you can skip this section.
