Geo Travel Co. – Credit Card Authorization Form Terms & Conditions

Your completion of this authorization form helps us protect you, our valued client, from credit card fraud. All information entered on this form will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By signing and submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Authorization of Charges

I, the individual identified as “Cardholder Name,” authorize Geo Travel Co. or its authorized representatives to charge my credit card listed on this form for the travel-related services and/or products requested by me.

• This authorization applies to deposits, final payments, additional services, or adjustments related to my travel booking(s).

• Charges may be applied by Geo Travel Co. directly, or by the travel supplier/vendor providing the services (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, hotels).

2. Acknowledgment of Terms & Cancellation Policies

• I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand the terms and conditions of my travel booking(s) as provided by both Geo Travel Co. and the travel supplier/vendor.

• I understand that many travel services are non-refundable and may carry significant cancellation/change penalties, which I agree to be bound by.

• I agree to carefully review all correspondence provided by Geo Travel Co. and take note of all deadlines, restrictions, and policies that apply to my booking(s).

3. Responsibility & Liability

• I understand that Geo Travel Co. acts solely as an intermediary between myself and the travel suppliers/vendors.

• I agree that Geo Travel Co. is not responsible for the performance or failure of any supplier/vendor, nor for acts of God, weather, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond their control.

• Any disputes or claims related to the actual travel services provided must be taken up directly with the supplier/vendor.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

• I agree that I will not initiate a credit card chargeback for any charges properly authorized on this form and in accordance with the terms of my booking.

• I understand that attempting to dispute legitimate charges for services rendered or subject to cancellation penalties constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

• In the event of a discrepancy or billing error, I will notify Geo Travel Co. in writing within seven (7) business daysof receiving my credit card statement or immediately upon becoming aware of such an error, so it may be resolved promptly.

5. Travel Insurance

• I acknowledge that Geo Travel Co. strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect my travel investment.

• I understand that declining travel insurance may result in financial loss in the event of trip interruption, cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please call us if you cannot provide both of these items.
