To perform the necessary professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a planning fee is required. This fee is non-refundable.
Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise. Upon submission of the planning fee, we will discuss your specific requests, we will do the required research to find the best options to meet those requests, and prepare a proposed itinerary for you. We will then review the itinerary together and make any changes necessary and then your trip will be booked.
After your trip deposit, I will monitor your itinerary for any supplier-related changes, relay required information from the supplier and generally monitor and manage the reservation process. When the final payment is made, we will prepare our trip documentation for you. While you are on your trip, I will be available for any questions or issues that might arise.
Travel Consulting Fee: There is a non-refundable planning fee for any custom trip request. Research during business hours will begin once the planning fee is received. If you book your trip within 10 days of receiving your quote, the planning fee will be applied to your final payment. Pricing: Up to 4 travelers: $15 | 5-9 travelers: $35 |10 or more travelers: $50.
At this signing, the destination, cost, and date of travel are undefined. Travel may or may not be taken at the traveler’s discretion. This is not considered in any way a deposit for any future travel.
By signing below, I understand and accept the Fee Structure by Boundless Travelholics for myself and the travelers included in my party. I acknowledge and accept there are [cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services]. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip.
