Boundless Travelholics – Travel Planning & Consulting Agreement

A non-refundable travel planning fee is required to perform the professional services necessary to research, plan, and arrange travel. This fee compensates Boundless Travelholics for time, expertise, research, and itinerary design and is separate from the cost of travel.

Upon receipt of the planning fee, Boundless Travelholics will discuss your travel preferences, conduct research during business hours, and prepare a proposed itinerary based on your requests. We will review the itinerary together and make reasonable revisions. Travel bookings will be made only after your approval and receipt of any required supplier deposit.

After a trip deposit is paid, Boundless Travelholics will monitor the itinerary for supplier-related changes, communicate required updates, manage the reservation process, prepare travel documentation upon final payment, and provide support during travel for questions or issues that may arise.

TRAVEL PLANNING / CONSULTING FEE

A non-refundable planning fee applies to all custom trip requests. Research will begin once the planning fee is received.

If the trip is booked within 10 days of receiving the quote, the planning fee will be applied toward the final trip cost.

Planning Fee Structure:

• Up to 4 travelers: $15

• 5–9 travelers: $35

• 10 or more travelers: $50

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

At the time of payment, the destination, travel dates, and total cost may be undefined. Payment of the planning fee does not constitute a travel deposit unless explicitly applied as stated above. Travel may or may not be booked at the traveler’s discretion. The planning fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable regardless of booking outcome.

FEES, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

I acknowledge that supplier cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties may apply to my travel arrangements. I agree to all applicable fees and understand that:

• Supplier penalties are separate from the planning fee

• Unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable

• Planning and consulting fees are separate from the cost of travel

NO GUARANTEE OF PRICING OR AVAILABILITY

All pricing and availability are subject to change until confirmed and ticketed by the travel supplier.

CHARGEBACKS

I agree not to initiate a chargeback related to the planning fee. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of this Agreement, and I agree to be responsible for any resulting fees or costs.

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting payment and/or signing electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Travel Planning & Consulting Agreement for myself and all travelers in my party.
