TRAVEL PLANNING / CONSULTING FEE
A non-refundable planning fee starting at $25 applies to all custom travel requests. Research will begin after the completed travel request and applicable planning fee have been received.
Planning Fee Structure
- Up to 4 travelers: $25
- 5–9 travelers: $50
- 10 or more travelers: Starting at $75
Additional planning fees may apply to complex requests, large groups, multi-destination itineraries, extensive customization, or other travel arrangements requiring additional research or coordination. Any additional fee will be communicated before the applicable work begins.
Planning Fee Credit
If the traveler books the proposed trip with Boundless Travelholics within 10 calendar days of receiving the quote or proposal, the applicable planning fee will be credited toward the trip.
If the traveler does not book within the 10-day period, chooses not to proceed with the proposed trip, or books the travel through another source, the planning fee remains non-refundable and will not be credited or returned.
The planning-fee credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another traveler or trip unless approved by Boundless Travelholics.
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES
Payment of a planning fee does not constitute a deposit or payment to any airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, tour operator, or other travel supplier.
Travel is not considered booked or confirmed until the applicable supplier has accepted the reservation and all required supplier deposits or payments have been received.
The planning fee is earned for professional planning services once research begins and is non-refundable, except that it may be applied as a trip credit under the qualifying conditions stated in this Agreement.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information, including legal names, dates of birth, travel dates, and other information required to research or book travel.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Travel quotes reflect pricing and availability available at the time the proposal is prepared.
Pricing, promotions, accommodations, flights, cruise cabins, and other travel inventory are subject to change until the applicable reservation is confirmed by the supplier and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Boundless Travelholics cannot guarantee that quoted pricing or availability will remain available while the traveler considers a proposal.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties established by the applicable travel suppliers.
The traveler understands that:
- Supplier cancellation and change penalties are separate from Boundless Travelholics planning fees.
- Additional professional planning fees may apply when substantial changes require new research or significant itinerary modifications.
- Non-refundable supplier payments, deposits, tickets, or other travel components remain subject to the individual supplier's terms.
- Boundless Travelholics does not control supplier refund policies, penalties, processing times, or decisions.
Travel protection is strongly recommended. Coverage, exclusions, and eligibility are determined by the applicable insurance provider.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
The traveler agrees to contact Boundless Travelholics first regarding questions or concerns involving the planning fee.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically invalidate the terms of this Agreement or any planning services already performed. Boundless Travelholics reserves the right to provide this Agreement, payment records, communications, and documentation of services performed when responding to a payment dispute.
This provision does not limit any rights the traveler may have under applicable law or the policies of their card issuer or payment provider.
ACCEPTANCE
By submitting payment and/or signing this Agreement electronically, the traveler confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Travel Planning & Consulting Agreement.
The person signing this Agreement confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to submit the travel request on behalf of any travelers included in the request.
The traveler acknowledges that the planning fee is non-refundable and understands the conditions under which the planning fee may be credited toward a trip booked through Boundless Travelholics.
