Service Fee and Authorization
In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel planning, a $25 Planning Fee or Service Fee is required. The Service Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to any travel planning, research, booking or additional consulting service commencing. The fee entitles you to a combination of three (3) proposals.

Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and work. We will research all suppliers to find you the best deal to fit your budget. We will work with you to meet your travel needs and requirements.
After receiving your customized proposal, if you choose to change your travel plans, book your travel arrangements yourself with an online booking site (i.e. Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) or with another travel professional, the Service Fee will be retained by Book with LCV for services rendered. Travel must be booked within 30 days of the proposal, or a new fee will be assessed. No exceptions will be made.

I authorize Book With LCV Travels, LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the fees described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Book with LCV Travels, LLC. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
