By submitting payment information, the traveler confirms they are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the authorized cardholder to use the payment method provided.
All payments submitted toward this reservation are subject to Trippin On Purpose LLC’s terms and conditions, including all deposit, cancellation, refund, and supplier policies. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable and/or non-transferable based on the package, supplier rules, and cancellation timeline.
Submitting a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud claim for a valid authorized payment does not cancel the traveler’s responsibility for the reservation, cancellation fees, supplier penalties, or any remaining balance owed.
Invalid, unauthorized, or inaccurate payment disputes may be contested with supporting documentation, including but not limited to the completed booking form, invoice, payment authorization, signed or acknowledged terms, email communication, supplier confirmations, and payment records.
Trippin On Purpose LLC reserves the right to recover any unpaid balances, cancellation fees, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and other amounts permitted by law.
