Plan to Travel — Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before submitting your inquiry. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Planning Deposit & Services
A planning deposit is required and due in full prior to the commencement of any services, including but not limited to destination research, itinerary development, vendor outreach, and preparation and delivery of a custom travel proposal.
Once the planning deposit is received, JEK Travels will begin work on your personalized travel proposal based on the details provided in your inquiry.
2. Planning Fees
The following non-refundable planning fees apply based on the type of trip being planned
3. Applicable Planning Fees
- If you choose to move forward with booking your trip, the applicable planning fee (Custom Itinerary, Cruise, or Group Planning) will be credited in full and applied toward the balance of your reservation, due at final payment.
- If you choose not to book, the planning fee is retained in full by JEK Travels as payment for services rendered and is non-refundable.
- The Destination Wedding Planning fee of $3,999 is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, whether or not the client proceeds with booking.
4. Quote Validity & Booking Window
Upon receipt of your initial proposal, you will have thirty (30) days to confirm and book your trip. If a trip is not booked within this 30-day window, the original proposal and any pricing provided will expire.
Should you wish to proceed after the 30-day window has passed, a new applicable planning fee must be paid before research and a new proposal will be prepared, as pricing, availability, and vendor terms are subject to change.
5. Destination Wedding Planning
JEK Travels works with established wedding planning teams and vendors across many destinations to assist clients in selecting the venue and arrangements best suited to their vision and needs.
Given the extensive scope, customization, and vendor coordination involved in destination wedding planning, the $3,999 planning fee reflects the time and resources committed to your event from the outset and is collected on a strictly non-refundable, non-transferable basis.
6. Acknowledgment
By submitting this inquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Plan to Travel Terms and Conditions outlined above, including all fees, refund conditions, and the 30-day booking window.
