1. Scope of Service
This fee covers the initial consultation, customized research, and booking management for included travelers. It does not include on-site concierge services. All hotel grievances are handled by the hotel staff.
1A. Revision & Itinerary Change Policy
1.1.A) Revisions and change policy: Your initial professional fee includes the development of one (1) custom itinerary and one (1) round of minor revisions (e.g., swapping a hotel within the same destination or adjusting a specific tour time).
1.2 Subsequent Changes: Any additional changes requested after the first revision, or a change to the core destination, travel dates, or travel party after research has commenced, will be considered a new scope of work thus creating a new non-refundable professional invoice.
1.3 Additional Fees: Each subsequent revision or destination pivot after the itinerary has been finalized will incur a non-refundable "Change Fee" of $25 per request. If your travel dates are within 14 days, there will be a $25 "Express" fee on your travel design invoice.
1.4 Implementation: Changes will not be researched or implemented until the Change Fee invoice has been settled in full.
2. Pricing and Availability Disclaimer
Quotes are subject to change and availability until a deposit is successfully processed. Pricing is not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.
3. Communication policy:
3.1 All official business communications regarding your travel planning, including itinerary approvals, budget adjustments, and booking confirmations, must be conducted in writing (via email or our dedicated client portal).
3.2 Documentation: This "Written-First" policy ensures a clear paper trail for all travel details and protects the integrity of your booking.
3.3 Response Times: To provide focused attention to each client, responses to written inquiries are typically provided within 24–48 business hours.
3.4 Business Hours: Please note that correspondence received after 4pm EST on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will be addressed on the following business day.
3.5 Alternative Channels: While social media and instant messaging may be used for casual updates, they are not monitored for planning purposes. Any change requests sent via these channels will not be considered "received" until submitted via email.
