We are Window Seat Getaways and are excited to help you with your travel needs. The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement”) describe what you can expect from us. The terms “we, “us,” and “our” refer to Window Seat Getaways, and the term “you” refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

1. Booking Terms- All bookings made through Window Seat Getaways require a signed travel agreement and deposit to secure services. Final payment is due by the deadline outlined in your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
2. Payments & Fees- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.- Depending on the supplier, a service fee may apply to bookings, changes, or cancellations.- Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made in full and confirmation is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds—Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.). Refunds, if applicable, are subject to supplier terms and processing time. Window Seat Getaways charges a cancellation fee of $50-$100 per traveler (depending on the size of the group) for canceled bookings, in addition to any supplier fees. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
4. Travel Insurance- We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. Declining insurance waives our liability for losses incurred.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements- Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other documents required by the destination country’s entry requirements.- Passports must be valid at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel.
6. Responsibility-Window Seat Getaways acts solely as an agent for the suppliers providing travel services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers. We are not liable for personal injury, delay, damage, loss, or irregularity resulting from acts beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.
7. Changes to Itinerary- Any changes to travel arrangements after confirmation may incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.
8. Client Conduct: Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules and regulations of the destinations they visit. The travelers are responsible for any costs incurred due to misconduct or failure to comply with local laws.
9. Limitation of Liability- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for our services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Acceptance of terms- By booking through Window Seat Getaways, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
