We are Journey-with-Jess and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Journey-with-Jess and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Thank you for choosing Journey-with-Jess for your travel planning needs. By working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Commitment

Journey with Jess is a full-service travel agency dedicated to providing personalized travel planning at no additional cost to you. My goal is to ensure you receive the best value and a stress-free experience before and during your trip.

2. Commission & Pricing

Contrary to popular belief, using a travel agent does not cost extra. When you book travel independently online, commissions are already built into the pricing—you’re simply giving them to a website instead of a travel professional. By booking with Journey-with-Jess, you receive personalized service, expert recommendations, and direct support without paying extra.

3. Service Deposit

A $25 deposit per person is required when we begin working together. This deposit is applied to your final booking once your trip is confirmed. If you choose not to book through Journey-with-Jess or decide not to travel, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Booking Process

To start planning your trip, you will complete a Trip Request Form detailing your preferences. Once received, I will provide personalized travel proposals for your consideration. We will discuss options and refine the details before finalizing your booking.

5. Client Transparency

I dedicate time and effort to creating tailored travel plans. If you are in the early research phase or intend to book your trip independently, please communicate this upfront. My commission is earned only when I complete a booking for you, and I appreciate your honesty in this process.

6. Customer Support

One of the key advantages of booking with Journey-with-Jess is direct access to personalized customer service. Unlike online booking platforms, you won’t need to spend hours on hold—I am here to assist you before and during your trip to ensure a smooth experience.

7. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Journey-with-Jess for your travel needs, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
