All names on your reservation must match your passports exactly. Be sure to check the expiration date of your passport.  Most countries require that your passport expire no sooner than six months beyond the final day of your trip. If your passport expires less than six months beyond the final date of your trip, renew your passport without delay. You may be denied entry into some countries if your passport expires less than six months beyond the last day of your trip.  Please thoroughly read your invoice. The addressee of the invoice will be the only recipient of invoices and is solely responsible for conveying all information to all listed passengers. Passenger names must reflect full legal names as they appear on the passenger’s valid passport or government issued ID valid for travel. Notify Vacations by Stacy immediately if any corrections are needed. Suppliers may charge substantial fees plus applicable fare increases for any name changes. For immigration and customs purposes it is essential that this information is accurate. Boarding airplanes or cruise ships may be denied if the information is inconsistent.  There is risk of cancellation by the supplier if the final payment is not received on time. Be aware that cancellation penalties may apply prior to the final payment date.

Agency Disclaimer: Vacations By Stacy, an independently owned and operated agency, acts solely as a general booking agent on behalf of the customer, for the purpose of processing bookings and reservations with various cruise lines and travel suppliers. Vacations By Stacy has no control over the travel suppliers, the fares charged for services, their policies and procedures, change in itineraries, the scheduling of their services, or their methods of providing services. Therefore, Vacations by Stacy shall not be liable or responsible, and is released of responsibility and liability, for any delay, inconvenience, loss or damage for personal or property injury, to any Passenger resulting from breach of contract or any acts or omissions on the part of any travel supplier, cancellation of any service by a travel supplier, any refund due from a travel supplier, any terrorist activities, civil or labor unrest, mechanical or construction defects or failures, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other cause.

Travel Insurance: Travel Guard travel insurance is available for an additional payment; you may receive early payment benefits if you purchase the insurance within 15 days of your initial trip deposit. Please contact Vacations by Stacy if you would like to purchase travel insurance for your trip. Although optional, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance can provide protection in the event the trip is cancelled due to specified circumstances, as well as medical expenses and baggage loss.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing before the travel suppliers penalty period begins. Please refer to the travel suppliers' terms and conditions for information regarding cancellation charges. Vacations by Stacy reserves the right to assess up to a $200.00 per person administration fee in addition to the suppliers' fees for any cancelled reservations unless otherwise indicated in travel package.

Travel Supplier Policies: Travel suppliers brochures and their websites contain important information. Read travel suppliers policies concerning cancellation penalties. It is each passenger’s responsibility to have all required documentation, including but not limited to: Government issued birth certificate and photo ID, or Valid passport and/or visa. Passports are recommended for all travel. All passengers assume full responsibility for inquiring and confirming passport, visa, vaccination, other entry requirements, safety and security conditions of destinations to be visited. The Taxes category on the Travel Invoice includes air taxes, port taxes, departure fees, government fees and fuel surcharges if applicable. These costs are imposed by the suppliers and airlines and are subject to change until time of departure. Vacations by Stacy has no control over these taxes and fees and should they increase, your invoice will reflect this increase.
