ACE GLOBAL, LLC — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. AGENCY & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP

  • Independent Travel Curator: ACE Global, LLC acts solely as an intermediary/agent for third-party travel suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, resort properties, tour operators, cruise lines, ground transportation companies, and activity vendors).
  • Supplier Terms: All travel services, products, itineraries, payment plans, and bookings are subject to the individual terms, conditions, rates, rules, and cancellation policies of the specific supplier handling your reservations. ACE Global, LLC is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, insolvency, schedule changes, or failure to perform contracted services.
 

2. CONCIERGE RESEARCH FEE & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

  • Scope of Service: Upon receipt of your completed intake form and Concierge Research Fee, ACE Global, LLC researches, designs, and curates custom travel itineraries and options tailored to your preferences.
  • Non-Refundability: The Concierge Research Fee (and any other applicable professional service fees) is strictly non-refundable and covers the professional expertise, time, and labor required to research and build your itinerary, regardless of whether a travel package is ultimately booked.
 

3. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Supplier Cancellation Policies: Subsequent travel booking payments, deposits, and final balances are subject to the cancellation, change, and refund policies of the specific travel suppliers selected for your itinerary.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Most deposits paid toward travel bookings are non-refundable per supplier/ACE Global, LLC policies. ACE Global, LLC reserves the right to charge an administrative change/cancellation fee for bookings modified or canceled after confirmation.
  • Price & Rate Changes: All quotes are subject to availability and price changes until the required deposit/payment is successfully processed and confirmed by the supplier.
 

4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORTS & VISAS

  • Government Identification: The Lead Client/Primary Traveler is responsible for ensuring that all traveler names, dates of birth, and gender entries match government-issued identification exactly (Driver’s License/State ID for domestic travel; valid Passport for international travel).
  • International Travel Requirements: Passports must typically be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your scheduled return date. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying all required travel documents, visas, health clearances, and entry permits required by destination countries.
 

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION

  • Insurance Notice: ACE Global, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive Travel Protection / Insurance (covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays).
  • Declination Risk: If you elect to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and assume full financial responsibility for any unexpected losses, cancellations, injuries, or expenses incurred before or during travel.
 

6. SMS COMMUNICATION & PRIVACY POLICY

  • SMS Consent: By opting into SMS updates on the intake form, you consent to receive customer service messages, itinerary updates, and travel notifications from ACE Global, LLC at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying 'STOP'.
  • Data Privacy: ACE Global, LLC respects your privacy. Personal information collected on intake forms is used exclusively for research, booking travel, communicating travel updates, and delivering concierge services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
 

7. CLIENT CERTIFICATION & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing or checking the required agreement/certification boxes on this form or approving an ACE Global proposal, you explicitly acknowledge, certify, and agree to the following four statements:
  • Information Accuracy: You certify that all information provided (including names, dates of birth, contact details, and travel preferences) is true, complete, and correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • Concierge Fee Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that the Concierge Research Fee is non-refundable and covers the professional research, design, and curation of your itinerary.
  • Supplier Terms & Cancellation Understanding: You understand and agree that any subsequent travel booking payments are subject to the cancellation, refund, and modification policies of the specific travel suppliers selected, as well as ACE Global, LLC Terms & Conditions.
 

Terms of Service & Privacy Acceptance: You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of ACE Global LLC.
