 Unicorns Travel is excited to help you with your travel needs. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms  "I", "we", "us", "our", and "the Agency" refer to Unicorns Travel and the terms "you" and "client" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Unicorns Travel is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inadequate or expired travel documents.

Unicorns Travel will make reasonable efforts to provide the services as described in the itinerary.  Unicorns Travel is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and transportation delays. The Agency is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other losses that are beyond its control.

Travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
