True North Travel is a luxury travel consultancy, thus as with any other professional service we charge fees for our expertise and time. We charge a non-refundable Professional Planning Fee for the custom itineraries we design; this is due before we begin researching your itinerary, after our initial consultation call.

Our standard Professional Planning Fee is $400 with full trip planning and management services- up to 14 days and up to 5 people. $600 for a group (6+ travelers) or a duration of 15+ days.

Additional fees may apply for a la carte services and groups. We will always discuss our fees with you before moving forward with any travel arrangements.
